What do you like best about the product?
With a single click, you can sign on to different applications. It is secure, safe and easily used. Also, managing smaller services which is really for big sized companies
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it will be a bit irritating in such you will have to add and setup your credentials each time . In addition, it is quite expensive to be used for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing data center through Okta access safely without worrying about using different passwords. Also, having 2 factor security is quite assuring

It provides an easy way to ensure users have Two-Factor Authentication.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate giving access to apps like Box and Smartsheet with ease and de-provisioning by automatically transferring data to other users.
Okta is an amazing tool for SSO, federation services and identity solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool integrates with almost all applications and its easy to install, configure and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool has been really useful. Hence no negatives as such.

A lot of integration tutorials and the best customer support.

Sometime we did required some workarounds that could not be implemented for our needs. Like API rate limit increase with no option to override it.

All type of integration possibilities with 3rd and custom written applications.

Ease of use. Also the non complexity of deployment.

A bit stretched at times. Sometimes the competition shows more value.

The problem of having too many people with user access privileges across the board.
Okta - Great for SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to find corporate applications and sign-in securely using SSO. I can easily offboard employees to ensure they don't have access to key applications. I don't have to remember any passwords for my accounts, and I can be sure they are secure using two-factor authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our policy is to renew certificates generally at what seems like every 24 hours. That means I'm constantly getting logged-in/out of systems which is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've implementedeEasy SSO, access management, global offboarding.
