How helpful Okta with my daily work
What do you like best about the product?
Okta streamlines my work by providing secure and easy access to multiple applications with Single Sign-On (SSO), simplifying user management, and enhancing security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). It saves time, reduces password fatigue, and ensures my accounts are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Okta a bit frustrating because it can sometimes be slow to sync or update access permissions, and the multi-step login process feels a bit tedious. It also occasionally causes issues with third-party app integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of managing multiple logins and user access by providing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This benefits me by streamlining access to apps, improving security, and reducing the hassle of remembering numerous passwords.

It's seamless to log into any app quickly and everything is all in one place.

Nothing that I can think of at this time.

It takes away the need to fish around for apps in our tech stack that we commonly -- or rarely -- use.

The fast log in is great! It makes getting to my applications easy.

I don't have any complaints about the OKTA platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta deliver a easy configuration with other authentification systems. It works all the time that we have used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta has drop some support for some sdk that they had already provided. So, we have to work more in some programming language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is providing a strong SSO platform. The easy configuration to match Active Directory group to application access is a must. It bring trust in authentification for our clients.

Okta is a big help especially in connecting with our company's tools
Seamless and Secure Identity Management platform
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a highly reliable and user-friendly interface for identify and access management. The SSO feature make it easy to access multiple application and which has improved productivity. Its integration capabilities are best no matter if it is cloud or on premise systems. MFA and lifecycle management is also one of the key feature which strengthen the security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't came across any such problem while using it. But it will be great if we can make initial setup more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us centralize user authentication and improve security though SSO and MFA. We have significantly reduced the password related issue and improved compliance with regulatory standards. The automation of user provisioning and deprovisioning ensures consistent access control and reduces manual workload.

In a world full of logins it is just a one time sign in that could access all the apps needed for the job to be done.

Easiest 2FA technology
What do you like best about the product?
Makes single sign on seamless - log in once and can log into all my platforms and tech stack in one place. Also engrains with Touch ID on Mac

Honestly no notes. But I use from a user perspective not Admin perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely sign into tech stack with one sign in, reset every day for security purposes.
