Perfect tool for streamlining passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Completely negates the need for keeping cumbersome password spreadsheets or other ways of tracking your credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced no downsides using Okta!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is so easy to update, it has made my worker so much quicker and less cumbersome. I am an institutional fundraiser, so I have accounts with many different application systems. Using Okta to save my credentials has been hugely helpful.

Okta is a critical tool for those with many online accounts, such as fundraisers. Has made my work so much quicker and easier.

Okta makes it simple to access many different business apps easily and securely
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't add additional websites to the single sign-on functionality; I am limited to those added by my company

so many different business apps being used today; this makes it easy to access them all with a single sign on!

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is great at helping out company manage authentication with various third party SaaS platforms. The app and browser plugin work as expected and never seem to fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date I haven't had a single negative experience with Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time to on- and off-board employees has been greatly reduced. Our employees enjoy the benefit of not having to remember and manage passwords for various third party services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple, hosted Single Sign On solution then I recommend giving Okta a try. The app and browser plugin are easy to use and support has been great.

The interface is easy to use and find everything you need.

Honestly, I haven’t had anything I disliked while using okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used okta to log in to work. Right now I’m using the hour tracker to fix an occurrence that was accidentally sent through with the company I am with.

Easy to use, log in quickly, all necessary applications seem to be supported

Extremely easy to start the day with Okta as a portal and reach any interface I would like without logging in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this system because thanks to this platform, I can provide my clients with security and comfort in my products and services because thanks to all the information I have in it, it can be found in the cloud allowing me to access from any place, after a brief authentication, without lowering the security levels that Okta offers me.
On the other hand, it allows me to create and customize modules for our employees and without having to give access to certain functions and eliminate their access without having to introduce a different user which has been great, because it saves us a lot of time.
In addition, this system has easily adapted to many of our needs as a company and allows us to integrate it with other applications, which has made it a versatile system and when requesting to save new passwords I avoid blocking some programs by entering numerous erroneous passwords.
On the other hand, it allows me to create and customize modules for our employees and without having to give access to certain functions and eliminate their access without having to introduce a different user which has been great, because it saves us a lot of time.
In addition, this system has easily adapted to many of our needs as a company and allows us to integrate it with other applications, which has made it a versatile system and when requesting to save new passwords I avoid blocking some programs by entering numerous erroneous passwords.

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like about this system, because it has been very efficient in our company and we have not had problems using it.

Thanks to Okta the employees of our company have saved a lot of time, because before this excellent system, they took the time to request the department in charge of the help to enter a series of applications.

Integrate Software for a Streamlined Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Okta is that it easily displays all of the apps that your employees have access to. Additionally, admins have the option to restrict the access to applications, which helps to ensure that your employees only have access to the most relevant software. Logging in to Okta using google authenticator is a very quick and painless process, and also ensures that accounts remain secure at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints with Okta and have only positive experiences with its interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta allows my company to consolidate all of its software into one simple location. No longer do you have to go searching through your cluttered computer to find that application you use every so often. Okta is extremely user-friendly and provides a security verification to protect its users from unwanted intrusion. Okta is the very first webpage I open every morning, and allows me to quickly start my day in an organized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of my applications and software I need to get my job done is on one platform. No need to memorize multiple passwords and having to navigate from site to site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that several of the apps I need, need to have plug ins which is sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the pain of memorizing multiple passwords and having to navigate from one site to another to complete my day to day tasks. Saves me time on mundane tasks and get right to business.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta has been really helpfull to our organization as it helps to maintain single signon across all applications with MFA enabled. And we dont have to maintain separate logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I didnt like about okta. Has been a pretty good experience so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Very robust way of verifying my identity and has never once failed to authenticate on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times a little slow but may be depending on the internet connection speeds at my end.
