Effective and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The platform in general and its ease of access.

Theres nothing I didn't like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access when using Salesforce through it and other very smooth work flows that the platform was providing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Changing SSO behavior of enterprise applications with Okta using Ota as federation service. Earlier the apps ere authenticted using MS-ADFS but migrated to Okta touse the cloud advantage to get a secure, reliable, extensively platform.

It's user friendly and easy to implement. Excellent documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
It's universal directory concept and easy syncups with the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i haven't found anything... I still have alot to explore in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO for SaaS apps, MFAs, implemented many mobile apps using OIDC and OAuth. Network logins were also managed.
Commodity application that is at times annoying

The chrome extension is a nice feature.

I have to do two-factor auth via my mobile phone multiple times per day.
Also, it may not be on Okta, but the integration with Domo is particularly painful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Okta for single-sign-on for work applications as well as provisioning and de-provisioning for new or exiting employees.
Cloud based elegant and scalable solution with modern authentication mechanism.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to configure and abundance of build in integrations with most of the commonly used systems and applications. Modern authentication methods and ability to configure risk based access control on the basis of region or network or location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers is the inability to define custom roles and permissions for end users. It would be nice to be able to define custom permissions, while creating API tokens to interact with Okta tenant. Currently Okta token is very powerful and to be able to limit the scope depending upon needs would be really handy and secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing the critical applications using Single Sign on with MFA and centralised place to login to different applications, so users doesn't have to remeber credentials for each application, making end user life easier.
Okta Verify Multifactor Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is always available to me via my Cell Phone. In the office, it was also available with my associated corporate e-mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any dislikes using Okta Verify MFA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I didn't have my cell phone with me to confirm Multi Factor Authentication and I wasn't on the corporate network, then it wasn't available to me.
