What do you like best about the product?
All of my employee information is all in one spot! Extremely easy to use and protective.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no issues with Okta, seems very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides, pay statements as well as a professional profile for business. Such as my own Vera Bradley Okta email. I am able to find more opportunities within the Okta software.

Okta offers great security protocol to clients.

It can be quite inconvenient at times, but that inconvenience ensures the security of your customers' information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that only selected people using registered devices gets the job done.

I would great to have both security and convenience at the same time.
Okta Is Fantastic – I feel a sense of security I hadn't in the past
What do you like best about the product?
When using Okta, there's a peace of mind in the product. I know when signing in how secure it is, and I love how easy it makes it both on my phone and on my watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Sometimes, I'll be honest, the two FA can be tiresome if I'm trying to do something quick, but that's not an Okta issue – that's a me issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole company can protect our most sensitive apps.

It's perfect
Great product for maintaining SSO
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we do not have to enter the password every time. Once user logs in to the account, they can directly click on application tile and get signed in. Nowadays in every company, there are lots of applications that one needs to log into and maintain passwords complying to the password policy. This product helps simplify that. Also there is a Google Chrome extension that helps in opening the various apps directly from the browser without going through the Okta Site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, updated password are not saved. They need to be updated manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster operations, since user does not need to log in multiple times into all the applications that they use. It is best that users ensure that they are updating the new credentials in the application tiles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product for secure identity management. I would definitely that anyone who is using this product should feel a sense of relief since they would not have to enter the passwords for every application that is used at the organization

Not much to dislike. It's quick and reliable.

Extra protection for our employees since most of our business is done online in one way or another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your IT team should do their research on different security operations solutions. Okta is the one that we decided was the best fit for our company - so far it's been great, as far as I know.

no longer having to constantly change my passwords to keep up with security
Easy Log In to All Apps, In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
My company utilizes a ton of different applications and services to complete our daily tasks and human resources activities. If I had to log in separately to all of these places, or remember different passwords for each one, I would be a whole lot less productive at work. Okta makes it simple to log in once, and can even log in for me when I'm away from the office on my smartphone and need to check something quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything I dislike. It does a very good job at what it's intended for, and thus makes my life a whole lot easier at work. I've never had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this mainly as a SSO feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for SSO and will make your employees' daily work life much easier as more useful work-related applications become commonplace.

What do you like best about the product?
A useful platform that can get me into all my work apps with a single button. only need to sign on once and when i change my password on okta, it automatically changes it for all the apps within Okta.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints so far using Okta as a single sign on tool

Everything in one spot - No more logging on 12 times to 12 different systems. Great! Multi platform, too.

Support is OK. Nothing to write home about. It's a very simple system on the user side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many, many systems - People were getting frustrated, IT spent a lot of time with passwords unnecessarily.

Great protection all around. Single sign on was a plus

From a user standpoint, navigating through (registering/learning) could be a little difficult at the beginning
