Effective SSO made even more secure!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a SSO service for all of the different technologies used on a daily basis in my role. Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication makes it all the more secure!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything. The rollout was tricky for existing users, as we have different workplace locations. Otherwise, it has been extremely effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved for the constant "I forgot my password" concerns. Having Okta has made it easy for even the least technologically-inclined people to access all of their accounts with no trouble.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get into all my work applications instantly from any computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much battery the app drains from my mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight at anytime with a click of a button enables me to give informed responses to my customers whether im working remotely or in the offie.
Not having to remember any passwords has saved a lot of time spent with IT and let's me get on with my job as soon as I start the day.

What do you like best about the product?
its easy to search the different apps you have connected and there is a browser plugin
What do you dislike about the product?
when you log in it doesn't take you to the apps page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
single sign on, remembering passwords

Allows you to use the same credentials across all platforms resulting in easy access to all work related sites.

I would assume that not all applications would allow you to integrate Okta single sign on, but I’m not familiar with the administration side

Allows IT team to manage all accounts through all sites resulting in easy granting and removing access

I enjoy having a single login for the several applications I use at my workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is inactivity it will log you out.

Speed and efficiency have greatly emproved for my employees and I.
Easy, Clean, Clear
What do you like best about the product?
Clear formatting and organization. Mobile compatible. Management features. Navigation throughout Okta is easy and never confusing. Perfect for the tech savvy and tech illiterate. Both visuals and text available for navigation and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetative applications cant be removed by employees. Only admins can edit application options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving employee benefits, resources, and timesheet tracking, access, and management. It is very easy for employees to keep their information orderly and track things suck as PTO, referals, guests, etc. while also submitting relavant information to necessary parties.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta is very user friendly and easy to navigate. If your company uses a lot of different applications, okta is a great tool to keep them all in one place for employee convenience.
Reduces number of logins needed but has trouble in some browsers

I don’t have to remember a hundred passwords!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy in some browsers. I don’t know if it was Okta causing the issue or the program it was opening for me but sometimes I’d have to open the program manually in another browser.

It’s so much faster and more efficient to have all passwords go through Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
this software creates an easy view able page where i can view all of my application services, such as training and time cards and mobile applications. There is a multi-step verification mode that is ideal for logging into work while at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about okta. The applications works very well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An employee is able to login to a secure network while at home. You do not have to worry about someone stealing your network and information
MFA/2FA is been ecure and easy to implement with OKTA
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation and the support for integration of okta with various other technologies. We are using it from past 2 years and we are really glad to have a solution like this which almost support all the technologies. We are now not worried about user accessing the resources outside of our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a growing product, probably one year down the line it will support every major and non-major technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote authentication and the security it provides along with it.

If I reset my phone, or if I get a new phone, it's such a huge pain and waste of productivity to get your OKTA RESET.
