Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) experience with quick access to multiple applications using just one login. It’s easy to use, integrates well across different platforms, and eliminates the need for carrying physical tokens. The user-friendly interface and strong security features make it highly reliable for both employees and enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Okta works really well, but sometimes the initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex for new users. Occasional login delays or timeouts can also happen, especially when network connectivity is weak. Apart from that, the platform is quite reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving the problem of managing multiple logins across different applications. Instead of remembering many usernames and passwords, I can access everything with a single secure login. This saves time, reduces password fatigue, and improves overall security. It also makes it easier to work across platforms without interruptions

okta is a best IDP. installation or integration is very easy in okta

nothing dislike in okta when you compare with other IDP.

If you want to search IAM so this one is best product in market also zero trust is best feature in this IDP. if you want to search SSO so this one is best.

super easy to use and reliable, single sign-on saves time and keeps everything secure. integration with apps is smooth and user management is simple. chrome extension to launch is great also

sometimes login prompts can feel repetitive especially if you dont set up push on each

it centralizes login across apps, reduces password resets (!), and improves security while saving time for both users and admins

Excellent Resources. Compatibility with anything that supports SAML or OIDC.

Account reps are only as good as the amount of money they are making off of you. (they could learn a thing or two from their competitors)

Easy and Secure Way to Log-in to Work Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Okta makes it to log in securely to all my work-related applications. I have the Okta app installed on my phone, and whenever I try to log in to systems like Microsoft 365, payroll, or our leave management tool, it either sends me a push notification or asks for an OTP. The Okta Push feature is super convenient—I just approve the login with one tap. It saves time and adds an extra layer of security without making things complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike, but sometimes if I don’t have my phone nearby or it’s out of battery, it becomes tricky to log in. Also, the push notification and OTPs can occasionally take a few extra seconds to come through, but it’s rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps make sure that only authorized employees can access company systems. It adds a strong layer of security, especially with features like OTPs and push notifications for login. For me, it means I can access all my work apps securely from anywhere without worrying about password leaks or someone else logging in. It also saves time since I don’t have to remember multiple passwords or go through long verification steps.

Having a place to access our company’s trusted applications in one place helps us to know which software are safe to use - it is a helpful in preventing illegal use of software and ensures we only use credible applications approved by our company
Best identity access app
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use, user friendly and very trustable app. You can add many accounts and keep your access safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The app is working fine.
