Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Backups are no longer a struggle. Testing backups is easy to do from the web GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things like IP address changes and certificates can only be done via the CLI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster backup times. Quicker restores of files and VM's.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI ps the way to navigate. The company is constantly seeking input and ideas from the user base to find ways to improve. I really like the customer engagement. Site replication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disaster recovery platform. ROI and RTO have been shortened

Ask your rep to talk to a customer. We are engaged with our reps.
Cohesity
What do you like best about the product?
Cohesity is a young fresh company with a very good product. Its not only for backups. you can make things like test/dev with your backedup data or drive some analyses. The support team is the best i ever see
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmmm. there is realy nothing to say. We are very happy with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
License cost growings from our backup vendor TSM. Better Restore in Case of a desaster. With cloning functionality easy test new solutions. Faster Restore

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, flexibility and all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating cluster could be easier by having the upgrade within then the UI instead of having to go to a website to pull the upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of our backup environment requiring several different pieces of hardware and software cohesity allows us to control our backups in a unified system
Extremely easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Everything in a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike to be honest. I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has removed a lot of complexity from out data backups.

Cohesity listened to our needs and they were able to provide the data protection solution that we were looking for. They spent a significant amount of time understanding our backup requirements and worked with us to meet those requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lack of a direct support for tape media. Also I hope they offer more incentives, and cheaper packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohesity backs up our SMB shares which is the best feature,. The user interface is fairly intuitive and easy to figure out. It is the simplest backup solution I have ever worked with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cohesity may or may not be the right solution for your environment, the cost is tad expensive, but if you are running a huge system, then this might be the perfect fit for efficiency.
