Ghosted by VMWare/Carbon Black
Despite their claim that someone from their "customer success team" will get back to you within 48 hours, the folks from WMWare/Carbon Black have not done so; it's been almost three weeks.
Trying to get support via the CB portal is no good either; my application to register for the CB community portal was rejected since "I was not an active customer".
At this point, I am paying for a piece of software that I have I cannot use; i will be pursuing a refund.

Unresponsive
I recently purchased a subscription of Carbon Black Enterprise EDR. I then was asked to provide my company’s info as well as my email so I will be contacted within two business days with my credentials. It has been a week and I haven’t receive a thing. I tried to contact support but I am unable because I am directed toward their official website and my email is not yet linked to my subscription. Well, I do have a subscription and it has been over a week without using the services I paid for.
So, I could not even evaluate their product to provide a serious review as their customer service is lacking.
