Launch Darkly is very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible for implement new feature in code.

hard to integrate to a new code base. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will always be easier for changing the toggle without deploying new code. allows new feature safely integrate.

I love several features about LaunchDarkly:

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into a bit of confusion figuring out which/what type of clause or rule I should be adding to a feature flag
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly enables us to do all sorts of things with our app, whether it's placing certain features behind a feature flag, scheduling display of a maintenance banner, or enforcing a version upgrade across our user base.

What do you like best about the product?
We put all our work under a feature flag so we can slowly roll it out to our customers. We love that we can turn it on per user, company, country, and environment. We can also filter the flags per tag. The UI is easy to use and we can also implement it through the CLI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there are Jira integrations with LaunchDarkly, and I would like to see a way that we can connect each work/feature to the flag and view those details in the LaunchDarkly flag itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our deployment takes a log time, adding our work under a feature flag reduces customer impact when there are bugs introduced in production.

The best functionality is that we get the control over the features and with a single click experience can be toggled on & off.
Very easy to integrate with any application.

Customer support is excellent as we get multiple updates within a month.

What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a flag which can enable the same functinality for a certain flag in all the environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very frequently used in our application for toggling UI components aka feature management.
Amazing and friendly UI for managing feature flagging in all environments
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to enable features for specific user segments. It simplifies the process of rolling out new features gradually to a small percentage of users and scaling up over time, much more intuitive than the software I had to use at previous companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting all teammate members on the same page to reduce security vulnerabilities and ensuring that feature flag data, especially when used for targeting and segmentation, complies with privacy regulations and security best practices is crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safe deployment of features is the biggest one. Centralized feature flag management. Improved developer experience in all envorinments.

Creating, managing, and using feature flags in Launch Darkly is incredibly easy. We've also had zero issues with reliability/availability. One of my favorite aspects of LD is the ability to target specific users

The downside is just that it can be easy to forget about feature flags that you've set up. The filtering/tagging features make this easier though

We need to coordinate the launch of features with stakeholders. LD makes it easy for us to deploy a new feature behind a flag and turn on whenever we're ready.
Additionally, when a new feature is considered "risky," we put it behind a feature flag until it's been proven so out so that we can disable it quickly.

Easy feature management - Launchdarkly is a must
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using LaunchDarkly for about 3 years already.
It allows me to be confident with my work since i'm able to easily controll every feature regardless of a deployment.
LaunchDarkly also helped me alot during incidents, where we could disable or enable specific features easily. Another thing to note is that LaunchDarkly support are superb! We had to ask for their assistance once during an incident, and it was great.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is missing is a dashboard where I could view the status of a specific feature flag in all enviroments. It would help managing releases using feature-flags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LaunchDarkly allows us to 'release' features to production, and 'open' them only to certin users or groups. this allows us to make sure nothing fails on production, and if it fails, we can immidiatly turn off the flag.
Another thing is that using LaunchDarkly we can 'hide' features untill they are ready, and we don't have to wait for a deployment to enable or disable features!

LaunchDarkly makes feature management a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use LaunchDarkly. The time to onboard new engineers is very quick. It's great how everything is located in very intuitive places and it's not difficult to find what you're looking for. It's also great that it's easy to see what changes everyone is making - this is very important when a lot of people are making feature changes in prod.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel has recently changed and has made some things a bit harder to find, such as targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a feature developer so LaunchDarkly makes launching features quickly and seamlessly extremely easy. Before LaunchDarkly, this process was manual and daunting - so much experiment code would always get leftover in the codebase as well. This is not the case anymore with LD.

To be honest there isn't anything that I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to serve multiple variations of feature flag values based on specific user contexts. Previously we hosted a XML file which contained all of our mobile apps remote configurations which was always a pain to work with, migrating over to Launch Darkly has been a dream. We now are much more flexible in being able to update and add feature flags on the fly.

complex logic when the conditions started to grow, hard to mentally map the logic

LaunchDarkly helps with being a safety net in case stuff breaks and also helps us release features to customer that has agreed to use some of the features
