Strong option for the enterprise, but in danger of becoming too heavy.
What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is in my opinion the best RPA service for the enterprise. Especially the structure around processes and objects is key to this. Also the options for user management and logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has feel heavy, and does carry a lot of functionality that is only relevant for very old American companies, with a huge platform legacy. There are also a potential for providing a good bucket of functions, that customers are developing them selves. Dynamic scheduling being one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating manual processes. We're driving a really strong digital transformation, where automating manual processes is key to succeeding with this. This journey is slowing being sped up, as the tool is really built for continuous automation with the same space.

What do you like best about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism - RPA | Robotic Process Automation is an intelligent and very convenient process automation product that adapts quickly to your organization working environment. With both pro code and no code usability architecture, it allows all users to have an effortless experience irrespective of the level of their coding skills. It also comes with in-built automations which acts as guides to help you start off your digital transformation journey. Its flexibility makes it match perfectly with your needs whether you are dealing with simple or complex architectures. It makes use of modern AI technologies like machine learning to help eliminate the error-prone manual tasks by automating them. It helps maintain a high level of security in managing your automations while ensuring convenient governance without affecting your compliance policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have use SS&C Blue Prism - RPA | Robotic Process Automation for a while now and am completely satisfied with everything and every aspect about this product. There is literally nothing that i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism - RPA | Robotic Process Automation was deployed in our organization to assist us streamline our digital transformation journey. With high-grade technology features, it makes it possible for us to improce our operations through automations, thereby speeding them up while maintaining high efficiency, security and compliance levels. It helps us speed up our customer analytics work.
It's been 2+ years I've been working as RPA Developer in Blue Prism tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Process & Object flow makes it easier to understand the process. The usage of API is an added feature. One of the best control rooms where the process can be monitored and necessary action can be taken immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage of AI, Process mining can be introduced in the application.
There is no feature to export the schedulers in Excel format.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Database crashes & Application starts getting hung up during the monitoring.
If any pop is open then the other tabs won't work unless this is closed. Just check on 7.1 this release has a feature to notify if any tab is open

The new version needs to roll out bit early.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new version, I can address customer demand quickly and reliably. Blue Prism provides end-to-end solutions right from discovery to monitoring.
For our customer - I am using capture and BPPI to capture the user requirement. Capture, especially v 3.2, is fast-tracking PDD creation, and the Skelton of Blue prism Process and object is also created, reducing the development time. I am working on automating the problem in the Supply chain function of Life science. i am using the latest version of BP to deliver customer orders in the supply chain efficiently and quickly.
For invoice Processing - we were using 3rd party IDP tool. Decipher has reduced costs and easy integration with the Native Blue Prism tool.

What do you like best about the product?
So, I have been with blue Prism and SS&C Blue Prism for over five years.I Must say this hasn't disappointed me at all any regrets that I have been with this beautiful Automation platform for so long.
This has the best development experience compared to any other tools in the market. This provides the best user support through its community which has grown tremendously over the years.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would suggest is to improve the cloud version of it so that it matches the legendary desktop user experience. Also cloud-related installations are currently not available in a single bundle, which takes some to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business requires to be run automation in a huge scale which runs for all regions EMEA,APAC, AMER. I must say by using SS&C Blue prism, the scaling was made very easy. The load management is also very efficient.

Very secure and reliable. Easy and simple to learn and use. The best RPA tool in market. Good overall view about process and object.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any concern, but it's moving away from low code platform.

We have over come sla, errors and headcount of the process by using Blue Prism tool. This reflects how suitable Blue Prism is for process Automation.

Para empresas, o fato de não ter cobrança das licenças por cada desenvolvedor é excelente e um ponto muito forte que deixa a Blue Prism à frente de seus concorrentes, levando em consideração que outras ferramentas do mercado cobram um absurdo por cada desenvolvedor em uma equipe.

No meu ponto de vista, para um iniciante eu achei complexo a extração de elementos em uma tela comparado a outras ferramentas do mercado, esse é um ponto que se fosse melhorado e mais simplificado cativaria mais clientes e ajudaria quem está iniciando no RPA como eu.

Os benefícios são tantos para quem usa a Blue Prism como ferramenta, tendo tarefas automatizadas que passávamos horas e horas fazendo, podendo assim ter muito mais velocidade no dia a dia e com isso economia do tempo na carga de trabalho, podendo empenhá-lo em outras coisas.

No easy way to transform operations than with SS&C Blue Prism - RPA | Robotic Process Automation
What do you like best about the product?
One thing l kke about using this product for your digital transformation journey is that you can securely transform your operations without having to compromise your compliance and security policies. The interface of this product is very mobile and intuitive as it allows users of different level of skills to use it. It has a both pro code and no code interface to favour everyone despite their coding skills. It employs advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence to help automate various processes with ease and more efficiently. It is easy to get started with this product thanks to the pre-built automations. The support offered is outstanding and professional.

Sincerely, i have absolutely nothing that i find difficult to use in this product.

- Blue Prism Client and Functionalities/Technology did not update much in the last 5 years almost the same as when I started using BP (especially the developer and controller side did not update much).
- Blue Prism does not provide Cloud base Studio or Control which may help the developer/controller to handle the process or execute the process from anywhere.
- Should provide an interface to handle the control room from the mobile application.
- Many awesome and useful change ideas are mentioned on the community portal but Blue Prism did not think about that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on many projects which were impossible with traditional automation like PHP, and VBA but due to low code/no code functionality, it was possible just because of Blue Prism products. I can say Blue Prism helped a lot with Main Frame and Java-related product automation.
