What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Bluepruism is its design studio - it is very easy to use & develop the bots, also it is secured & metting all industry standard controls, one can easily select blueprism over other RPA tools in market as orgaanizational RPA solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Though blueprism has additional offerings for IA by their additional tools like Interact, Decipher, Decision, Capture, etc. they are not up to the market standard compare to other compitators offerings available in market - slowness in Innovation & upgrading this tool for ease of installation is major challange
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueprism RPA solution is solving our overall Process Automation problem, we have integrated 70+ applications with it & it is easily working with blueprism bots

What do you like best about the product?
It is an automation platform that is aimed at improving customer experiences through the digital world making the human resources department much stronger and more manageable within the company and resulting in greater productivity within other deparments the best thing is that it contains a fairly intuitive interface and greatly reduces the works of staff so they can focus on other tasks because its automation tool is very solid to stay in a competitive market and increasing financial growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only point againts this platform is that it has a low capacity to clean some data, beyond that it is a very solid platform for an effective financial system in the digital field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been able to diversify the digital productivity as we have improved customer satisfaction and at the same time we managed to automate some digital functions to eliminate manual work within the company and SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation is the platform that has adapted in the best way to the innovation that we are doing within the company in the IT department so hat there are fewe errors as possible.

Things I like most are: very reliable and secure. My organization is satisfied with sharing it's data with Blueprism. Simple and easy to use and learn. A LOW-CODE, NO- CODE approach to automation is awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism workflow-style development is the best.This software makes it easier to develop,investigate processes and objects.The flowchart kind of development makes us understand the code/script easily,it is the most stable RPA tool available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we have not experienced any challenges,the software has been a backbone in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall experience has been good.Deployed a project with Danish retail giant and they just like the BOT.

SS&C Blue Prism has let us be scalable and at the same time moving forward thanks to its advanced AI and machine learning. We have had automated solutions to implement in our organization for repetitive tasks in the fields of finance, accounting, and more. Orchestrating tasks between our online members and management has been really simplified and easy.

We don't have any sort of complaints with SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation.

SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has helped us orchestrate our tasks robustly among the executives and the onlin-based workers in a really smooth manner. We have had positive impacts on our productivity, flexibility, and scalability at the same time thanks to its automated solutions and advanced RPA that we have created bots with to manage our tasks. Our integrated tasks with BPM and RPA has been better than ever thanks to this.

SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been totally great for us in terms of making highly advanced bots that and be implemented in our organization easily by our software team. Their customer support has been really great with friendly community and forums as well. We have frequently used SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent during our initial setup phase for creating a good hybrid environment.

There is no issue that we have faced in SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation and therefore have no dislike that we have against it.

SS&C Blue Prism Automation has been a great RPA tool that has automated our processes in the backend infrastructure by letting us create friendly chatbots and more that we have implemented in our hybrid space to manage the tasks that we sorted out as repetitive and useless. We have had a great experience with SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation with an increased ROI as well.

This RPA Tool delivers great benefits although the negative impact that it may have is job reduction as robots replaces human intervention to perform tasks.

SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been a great platform in making our dependency on the back end and repetitive tasks with its robust space for automated AI help. The platform was really easy to implement at the times of need for development of bits for managing the tasks. Its customization was really easy and flexible in terms of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has a really poor customer support and integration due to which we have experienced a poor performance in terms of personal experience. This led to our team in having a poor experience in the forum and community of Blue Prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been a great platform for us in terms of managing the backend tasks and forming a solid framework for performing those repetitive tasks with the help of automated bots that we created with the help of low to no code development features and space. We have increased our revenue by cutting down unneccessary expenses with the help of its help and cutting down manual labour that was focused in handling the backend tasks like bill processing, invoice management, etc.

SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has increased our self-reliance by decreasing our dependency on the backend and repetitive tasks and workforce. We have experienced significant surge in the revenue and decrease in the costs/expenses thanks to this platform and its easy ti use as well implement interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support has been really difficult to work with as our work domain did not align with their interest at times, thus resulting in no solutions. We hoped the handling of exceptions would be great in the platform but it did not meet our expectations. Their integration with other platforms was good but lacked specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation helped us decrease our overall operating cost due to our decrease in the dependency on labour that was indulged in the backend tasks, thus saving our backend operating costs. We also experienced significant growth in revenue, thanks to its AI automation with its robust space for low-code and no-code development area. Overall, it is highly recommended for businesses looking forward to automate their tasks.
