Trend Micro XDR
What do you like best about the product?
It is very informative and give good status of endpoints related to activities of the users and machine
What do you dislike about the product?
time of the updating of machines because it is not in real time but scheduled updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
vulnerability management was the big thing with XDR. seeing what the machines are lacking and how to patch them and keep them updated

Trend continues to rank #1 in Extended detection and response. Their SaaS solution is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The product is exceptional in preventing & detecting malicious activity along with staying on top of what is occuring on all endpoints, email, web and networks
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything to dislike with this product or the SaaS services that go along with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use & setup. With a limited resource internal SOC the advanced XDR SOC that the Trend Micro provides keeps us safe and aware or what is going on.

If you value your organizations data and security this company provides it all.
Trend Micro Endpoint
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Endpoint EDR has capability to detect malicious, trogen files in the system. also it gives quick system scan in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trend Micro Endpoint does not detect CNC attacks in the system. Someone can easily attack to end-user system by CNC attack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can detect malicious files. it can detect easy what end-user doing and which malicious site end-user visit Trend Micro Endpoint gives the total summary.
Easy to deploy and navigate, actionable data
What do you like best about the product?
Vision One is pre-configured with useful alerts which produce actionable data. It goes a step further than Apex One by incorporating detection and sensor rules to the endpoint agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the XDR product itself is nice, I'm not a fan of Trend's piecemeal licensing model. Whereas XDR should act as a full-featured, standalone product, it is either purchased as an add-on to Apex One or as a standalone product to augment endpoint protection agents from other vendors. In my experience with other EDR products, the threat protection and EDR functions are bundled into a single product with one administrative interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hope to gain additional visibility into our managed environments and produce more actionable, easy-to-investigate information for security analysts. Ultimately, it would be great to combine Trend's XDR, Endpoint Threat Protection, and Network Detection products to fully replace our Security Information Event Management system, as there is a lot of overlap in functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your EDR & XDR needs as well as any other products you may have in place already which overlap in functionality. Many SIEM products have features SOAR features that are similar to XDR.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple security layer monitoring helps keep all of our data secure no matter what platform it's on. This is good for us because we're trying to integrate our stuff together
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; it runs in the background and correlates across multiple platforms; this is good. Maybe it could provide more visible reports or notifications, so you don't have to look for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, I like that it spans multiple platforms and monitors the entire working collaboration of programs instead of just one. This helps when integrating work processes.

1. TM Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) could have included vulnerability capturing (CVE) as available in the TM Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TM Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) as a part of the TM WorryFree Business Services Suite is Advancepts' primary Endpoint security product offering. All the Managed Services clients have been moved to TM WEBS with EDR; as we have realized that the Product, OEM & TM Business teams are aligned to provide the end-user best adoption experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trend Micro Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) server 80% of all the security purposes, including ransomware, but Trend Micro Extended Detection and Response (XDR) is a much more feature-rich suite that includes TMs own SoC and Vulnerability (CVE) aggregation; hence, if you have the budget (which you will if you are not considering other Gartner leader competitors) go for XDR.

The trendmicro having te regular update latest virus definitions which it makes teh industry leaders.

While updating the virus definitions and scanning it slow down the system.

It collects higher confidence alertsand correlate xdr activities for one or more vectors like as email, server, network etc.
Powerful tool to detect and minimize threats attack
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting analytics are provided additional insights other than real-time scans on individual clients.XDR workbench shows an excellent overview of what may have occurred on an endpoint, though it can sometimes be very overwhelming to depict and isolate at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trend Micro XDR platform can integrated or collect logs only from Trend Micro Source and does not support other OEM.

To get complete visibility of alert for Trend Security product on single dashboard To enhanced security and reduce effort time in term of detecting/response/mitigating and alerting
