Streamlined Deal Management with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I use Freshsales for deal management, sales funnel, and daily tasks. It helps me organize our sales funnel effectively. The deal management feature is very impactful, allowing me to understand where we currently are in the sales process. I can set the deal management according to my requirements, like first call, demo 1, demo 2, and get the status in a single click. I also find the call log feature valuable, and the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the activity section updates automatically, which shouldn't happen. I'd prefer if updates didn't occur without our permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshsales for deal management and sales funnel organization. It helps me understand our current sales position and allows me to customize the deal flow easily. The status is accessible in a single click.

Cheaper Than HubSpot, but Missing Basics, Poor UI, and Weak Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The only upside is that it is cheaper than HubSpot. I cannot think of anything good about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is horrible, no clear guides on integrations or how to connect anything, reports are not at all that detailed as in HubSpot, plus most marketing service companies include their own CRM which is actually free and much better like Instantly.
They need to upgrade everything ASAP.
Our team actually does not use this anymore, although we have paid for a year. Excel is much better for us. The very basics of ROAS, CPL/CPD are missing. There is no enforcement of reminders like there is in HubSpot, no AI features like there is in Instantly.
I don't even think that the support can help here, because the platform doesn't even have the feature set that even basic SaaS Marketing/Sales teams need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to solve the problem of knowing the lead source, cost, revenue from the various sales sources we have, but honestly, Excel is better for basic stuff. We have started using Zoho a bit as we want more features, performance, and from a company that has local time zone CS support.

Easy Task Completion with a User-Friendly Interface and Strong Support

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool in FS, for me, is the integration tool. It makes it really easy to get tasks done. I also like the user-friendly interface and the way they handle confidential data. On top of that, it’s affordable and comes with good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it’s your first time using these tools, you’ll probably have a hard time understanding how they work. They’re a bit complex, especially if you’re new to the industry, so it can take some time to get familiar with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solves my problems when it comes to business workflow and lead management, and it helps me get a better ROI for the business. The UI and UX are both good and easy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are important. So I like that it integrates with other software to aid in our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
No defined nickname field. Sometimes it slows up. It's also not the greatest with handling more than 3 open browser windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a robust CRM which is useful across multiple departments in the organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Freshsales acts as a centralized repository, putting every email, call, and meeting in one place like a dashboard, which helps me know what each discussion was about. The lifecycle feature enables me to track the progress of a deal, see who needs a nudge, and automate manual tasks like sending emails or setting reminders. I appreciate that it helps me prioritize leads, focusing on those with a higher chance of success using Freddy AI. I enjoy the activity tracker which provides a timeline of each touchpoint, enabling my firm to reach out at the right time. I also find the automated sequence for outreach smart since it stops whenever the customer replies, and the ability to make calls directly via the CRM is really handy. The layout is great and makes navigation easier. Furthermore, setting it up was easy for my team and me, and it saves us time by reducing the need for accessing multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The mobile app is slow and not all features are available compared to the desktop version. 2. Sometimes data extraction for leads is not accurate, so a double-check by the team is necessary. 3. It lacks integration with third-party platforms like Marketo, Pardot for marketing, and Netsuite and Sage for accounting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshsales to centralize contacts and interactions, automate tasks, prioritize leads using AI, and track activity for strategic outreach, saving time and improving decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean and intuitive UI makes its easy to onboard team quickly without steep learning curve

Features like built in phone , email, activity tracking and automation are tightly integrated

Freddy AI and automation features also help with lead scoring, prioritization and improving follow ups without overcomplicating workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Automation features compare to competitors tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and others CRM's and some advanced features are very hard to setup at first

The reports are not very flexible and getting detailed insights can take extra time

Some of advance features are available only in higher plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solves problem like managing leads, tracking customer conversation and following up on deals one place

Instead of multiple tools for calls, email, notes and task it is organized in single platform

The main benefits its saves time and keeps working in well organized and make sure that no lead or follow up missed

What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshsales for its ease of use and customization. It's easy to upload leads, set life stages, and manage my sales tasks as a Sales Development Representative and Account Executive. The initial setup was simple, which made it easy for my team to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is very basic. As a salesperson, having the laptop all the time is difficult. The mobile app didn't provide easy access to update notes, call notes, activities, and check deals associated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshsales for lead and account management, and it helps with running campaigns as a sales person.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Freshsales for management because it offers easy access to my working contacts management and sales management services. I like how easy it is to use; just a tap and almost all work is done. There are many more features in the application like managing our work, setting reminders, or even automating some tasks with it. The initial setup was very easy. Overall, compared to Zoho CRM, Freshsales is much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its user interface can be improved by adding more features in profile. Some functions are in two slides, I mean one in another, which can be improved by setting them on top or on the profile page.

Freshsales provides easy access to contacts and sales management, making it user-friendly and efficient. It helps manage work, set reminders, and automate tasks with just a tap.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Freshsales to manage leads and improve sales productivity. When working with large volumes of data, performance could be enhanced by faster loading times and smoother navigation, especially in reports and dashboards.
