Working with Freshsales
What do you like best about the product?
We were working with another CRM and moved over to Freshsales. We really like the responsiveness of the system and the constant additions of new features
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Frashsales and Mailchimp through Zapier could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct marketing to potential new customers

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX are really clean and easy to setup. It has a task and appointment management which helps you to manage all the meetings from the tool itself. The email sending and excel import work very beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced some issue with import of Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a very good tool which helped me to keep track of everything very neatly.
Great CRM Tool - New Business
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales is an easy to use tool right out of the gate and the support staff is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything at this point I'm unsatisfied with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a way to keep track of my referral relationships and better develop them through managed and consistent touches. Fresh Sales gives me an effective and efficient way to do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cost effective and straightforward product, FreshSales successfully ticks all the boxes.

Very simple UI
I have not used it yet, but explore some of the features, it seems like a very intuitive system to use

some minor features are missing but I not see anything important :)

using a lot of channels, and controlling the customers record

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Freshsales after using Freshservice and it was a good experience as well. It is easy to use, it has all I needed for our business and the best thing is that you do need a 12 hour training to use it, for me that is a big plus as my work time is very limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I've used now I do not dislike anything, I still need to explore more of the system.

Sales and lead management.

Try Freshsales, you will not regret it.

How simple and clear the user interface is while still providing expected features of any good CRM

There arent alot of security options such as IP whitelisting, access reports, other forms of access logging.

I'm solving the issue of trying to keep track of business leads and track opportunities through the sales cycle

If you're looking for a CRM that is straight forward and will allow you to focus on the action then this is for you. Freshsales is not complex or filled with features that are hard to understand.
Great value, easy to get started!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a great interface, and it's quite snappy compared to other online CRM services we tried. Importing leads from comma-delimited (CSV) files is a breeze, and the ability to add custom fields to a lead profile is great. The new 'files' feature looks great, and will give us the ability to attach our own internal documents to our leads and accounts. We looked at multiple other online products, but Freshsales seemed to be the most polished and complete for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far I have not found anything that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new startup with multiple remote workers, we needed an easy-to-use online system that allows team members to coordinate our initial lead generation and sales efforts. Freshsales generously allows one to start with the free plan and then ease into the paid plan as growth begins.
If I wanted to build a CRM from sratch, FreshSales would be they way I would build it.
What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales is really simple to use but packs some punches. We have tried many other CRMs but the interface was not engaging and we would have to flip flop to get the big picture. New users are up in running in 30 minutes. No complicating training. The email tracking and accessible to notes from the lead screens simplify our sales process. FreshSales do listen to the customer and is constantly improving the software based on customer's feedback. There is also an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our needs, we need to be able to choose multiple products. Currently you can assign only one product per lead. We have spoken to FreshSales and they are working on that. Again, FreshSales listens to the customer. Currently we found ways to assigned it via an added field we customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High impact selling is much easier with FreshSales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We did look into SalesForce, Netsuite ( all too expensive to get what we needed done) and Zoho. While Zoho was close in comparing to FreshSales, FreshSales was voted easier to use by our people.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is easy and well organized, and very userfriendly. Only the functions the sales personell needs to use, as well as it is very scalable

It can take you a little while to familiarize yourself with the software, however when you do you see that it is pretty well organized.

A service that works for CRM,
