Simplest CRM you'll come across

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's simple. Almost has everything you'll need for a SaaS sales team. More importantly, you can make international calls from the CRM itself. No plugins or need to buy anything new.
What do you dislike about the product?
KanBan view of leads is a premium feature. Well, can't blame them for intelligent pricing. :p
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that you don't need to use 4 different things to manage sales. We were using Streak to track opening of emails by leads, Excel sheet to do funnel analysis, Skype to make calls and email to communicate with leads. Freshsales let's you do everything in a giphy.

Ideal Sales CRM for Start-ups

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Zoho, SugarCRM, CRM Next and couple of other solutions but decided to finally choose Freshsales for the following reasons.

-- It's extremely easy to set-up and use. The other CRM's took us a couple of days to just understand how it works. Freshsales has lesser things and just the bare minimum you need to kick start your sales processes.

-- Pricing is pocket friendly, good for small teams who are just starting up

-- Very neatly designed. It's concise and we just love the design

-- Amazing reporting module

-- Lead capture, pipelining, assignment and lot of tasks can be automated.

If you are a start-up and want s no fuss sales CRM, this is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, there is nothing to dislike about their product since we think everything is just perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and lot of automation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for small teams and start-ups. No hassles yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had a situation where I needed the Freshsales support help.
They were fast, assertive and knowledgeable.

So far so good. I recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should work on a clear ETA. For example, I needed a clear ETA and the answer wasn't too clarifying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusing question.

I suppose, I now can send e-mails without ending in my client's Junk folder.

What do you like best about the product?
Had problems setting up Freshsales integration with Freshdesk. The Freshsales team went out of their way to resolve the problems. Never had support at that level before.

Keep up the good work, I love the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Cannot fault the product yet. It seems simple, intuitive and the support is exceptional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing large volumes of queiries has become unmanageable. The Fresh suite of products certainly has provided some time saving solutions for us.

From 10 years of Salesforce.com to FreshSales

What do you like best about the product?
The strategic vision behind Freshsales is frankly brilliant. In my career I've implemented Salesforce.com in very large enterprises and used it in startups to midsize companies as well as Zoho and Highrise over the years. What caught my attention with FreshSales is the focus on providing extremely tight integration with FreshDesk and also providing website analytics so that sales people can be equipped with the data and monitoring of customer behavior they need to drive business WITHOUT having to spend a fortune attempting to integrate a bunch of point solution tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
7/19/18 - I"m updating this review because while I do like FreshSales and FreshDesk today we were informed that we would


There is very little to dislike about Freshsales but the areas that are of most annoyance to me is the limitation of field types (check boxes) and the ability to more flexibly layout screens, That being said, in my limited experience with Freshsales, they seem very responsive to customer feedback and we've already seen other features get implemented quite quickly so I anticipate the screen issues will be addressed in due time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have business operations in the USA, China, Europe and the Philippines. We needed a simple CRM platform that allowed us to easily get remote users to understand and embrace while providing room to to grow. Since FreshDesk is our primary customer support channel, having a CRM system that is easy to use and tightly integrated is very important to us. The territory functionality and access control has proven ideal for allowing us to manage our deal pipeline in the different markets we operate in. The integration with FreshDesk for email, social media and phone channels has absolutely transformed our business which is doubling year over year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When looking at any CRM, what is key to me is considering whether they have the strategic focus and understanding of customer concerns that matches your business. For us FreshSales/FreshDesk has that focus and vision as a rapidly growing business.

Awesome tool for lean Sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple UI
- Distinction between leads and deals. Your CRM is never cluttered with junk deals.
- They have a free version which is good for beginners
- Integrates well with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Better search. Can't search leads using phone number or e-mail id. This will help us to identify the client when he calls us suddenly.
2)Every lead has to be converted into a deal manually. Please provide bulk edit options. Converting every lead into a deal helps us to have a pipeline view.
3) Leads can be assigned to people page wise i.e I can assign 25 leads to one person at once. If there are 100 new leads, I need to do it four times. Please provide an option to select all new leads and assign at once.
4) The mobile app is great. But, does not have tasks on it. I hope it's in pipeline. The app will be very handy on the go.

Sales CRM is a good way to organize and streamline sales processes

Simple yet powerful

What do you like best about the product?
We;re a relatively young company and have been using Freshdesk and have been very happy with Freshdesk. We've been looking for a CRM solution and are thrilled Freshdesk has introduced Freshsales. We've just started using Freshsales and are very happy with its simplicity yet power.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales does not yet interface directly with Freshdesk though I understand this interface is part of the near term roadmap of enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the number of tools we are using so we have all information and visibility in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple and minimalistic. Easy to set it up and the training for the sales team is very short. The interface allows easy monitoring of your day today sales activities and sales funnel management. The same tool helps in managing the accounts also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is in the initial development stages there are some minor issues which the tech team mentioned that they are working on it to rectify. So once these fixes are done the product will be seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Management, Activity management, Account management, Deal management, Appointment & task scheduling

Use this product if you are looking for a simple and user-friendly software to handle your sales, accounts & task management requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and well designed, while still powerful and highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some areas, there's still lots of work to do, but we're sure Freshsales will get there soon.

We outgrew our Trello board to keep track of leads.
