I wish the cost per user was less so that we could utilize more agents on a better budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Freshsales solves is allowing all of our Customer Support and Sales Performance management being integrated in one space since we have multiple agents crossing into both fields.
A simple-to-use and cheap solution, but it lacks customizability for complex and larger use cases
What is most valuable?
Freshsales is very simple to use, but it's fairly limited in its functionalities, and it's very cheap. It has its value proposition for really small businesses, but it's not enterprise ready.
What needs improvement?
The tags or processes that are codified are too rigid. We want more freedom to update labels, tags, and the process flows within the product. It's too rigid and not customizable enough for even a midsized company. It lacks customizability for complex and larger use cases.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Freshsales for three to four months.
How are customer service and support?
Freshsales' technical support is really good. I want to verify that the support team knew we were doing a POC for somebody else. I'm just saying we might have gotten preferential treatment that other customers don't usually get. So I don't know how it would be for others.

Freshsales is an economical product.
What other advice do I have?
Freshsales is deployed on-cloud in our organization. We used it for a proof of concept solution design that was requested of us. It was a short two to three-month engagement where we simulated a situation of using Freshsales plus a bunch of other technologies put together into one sales and marketing operating system.
I advise other users to start using Freshsales as soon as possible. You should be able to get running in two days. Bring alongside data visualization tools, and learn how to get the data out because all the analysis and other works outside of the core CRM are not really too well developed.
So you will need other tools to deliver higher-order use cases. It does the basic work really well, but users shouldn’t have too many expectations beyond that.
Overall, I rate Freshsales a seven out of ten.

Freshsales allows you to mark the client as yours and also allows you t track where you are with the clent and leave notes from when you and the client talked aboiut

Fresh sales is very basic and you need to add different properties to fresh sale in order for you to see what you want when receiving a call

Not so sure what they are solving but their freshacller def needs some updating work done where you can see the client info when the call is given instead of looking for the client in the search

It's UI. The User Interface is fantastic. It is really easy to use once we understand the system

The daily updates and the need to refresh the system every time an update roll out

Freshsales is a great tool as a tracker of records, history, and stuff when it comes to a customer journey. For someone who works in my field, it is very important to know what we communicate with customers and other onboarding details. Freshsales solves all this. It will be really hard to maintain all these details in an Excel file

The response time of the Freshsales support team is unacceptable, and the quality of their responses is poor.

The program has given us several opportunities to stimulate enthusiasm and interest in the company's various advertising and marketing initiatives. Through intrusive marketing initiatives, we monitor our customers and the data they provide to us. Freshsales' policies have been very successful. The analytics reports do not always provide us with real-time information. It may take a few minutes for the dashboards to update. It is necessary to refresh the dashboards.

A pipeline can be established by connecting marketing strategy to the CRM, streamlining the sales cycle and efficiently identifying promising opportunities while avoiding unproductive ones. This process saves time and increases the likelihood of success.
