What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that the CRM gets integrated with all the software
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is it's quite slow when used on mobile

The freshsales helping to generate more revenue along with the customer acquisition and helping with sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using FreshSales for nearly seven years and it has been a great resource for pipeline management and reporting. It is a feature-rich platform with the ability to segment views based on territories and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is structured with two separate databases - one for leads and one for contacts - which becomes difficult to manage when integrated with other systems. They have some features to help identify duplicates, but it's not perfect. We've also had some deliverability issues with emailing out of FreshSales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales allows us to manage pipelines and territories for a global reseller network.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a Salesforce background, Fresgsales is very intuitive and easy to setup. It integrates natively with the rest of Freshworks products and is also easy on pricing. Sales automation is very helpful in setting up cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
- lack of flexibility to customise the product and third party integrations
- reporting is graphically nice but rudimentary
- tracking task history
- support could be better for a customer support platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Source of customer records. With sales campaigns, our teams can reach out to prospects directly from within the CRM without having to use a different tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales includes an excellent user interface design, a vibrant theme, a quick and simple email campaign procedure, and a report and monitor system. Even a novice can comprehend how the gadget operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more pipeline automation, such as the number of days a contract has been dormant, a few additional reports, and an advanced dashboard to make the process more efficient.

We are gathering information about our clients and establishing company-wide procedures. Each team may log in and view a client's or project's current status. From there, the following stages are straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a software to handle by eery employees of our organisation. Its use is easy and drastically useful. It helps to find customers in a well-mannered structure process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales has limited dislike points because it is available at a cheaper rate so anybody can use it. Just 24*7 customer support system should need to be more active so the software will touch 10/10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solving the query regarding the management of customer data. It analysis the organisation's demand and fulfils it with integration tools. It helps our company to grow and sustain itself in a competitive market.

What do you like best about the product?
Its graphics and visual reports are attractive. Contact filtration is also good. User registration is a payment option that is easy with a credit card. The confidence and commitments of the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult implementation, Worst support, unavailability of integration options with third-party tools. There is only one payment option which is a credit card. Non-informal and limited reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in the need of CRM to run our admission campaign. We evaluated a lot of CRMS but due to irresponsive approach of other CRM sales teams made us go with the fresh sales. It solved our one problem which is keeping all contacts and queries at one place. It helped us to track the communication done with the expected leads by different agents. Now we have a clear picture in one place so that we can get the report of our received queries and converted leads.
