Fresh Sales CRM Experience after one year
What do you like best about the product?
Its graphics and visual reports are attractive. Contact filtration is also good. User registration is a payment option that is easy with a credit card. The confidence and commitments of the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult implementation, Worst support, unavailability of integration options with third-party tools. There is only one payment option which is a credit card. Non-informal and limited reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in the need of CRM to run our admission campaign. We evaluated a lot of CRMS but due to irresponsive approach of other CRM sales teams made us go with the fresh sales. It solved our one problem which is keeping all contacts and queries at one place. It helped us to track the communication done with the expected leads by different agents. Now we have a clear picture in one place so that we can get the report of our received queries and converted leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead Tracking at various stages , also lead Management process become easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Its bit slow on mobile app and for basic mobile it is quite slow

For my front end sales team it was a single window tool where they were capturing there entire leads and closures so they don't have to report me on meets
Great CRM but can be better!
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh desk and call management and lead scoring system offered. Great way to tag leads when they say they need someone to reach out to them a few months down the line
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to create workflows to automate lead movement within the team basis how the agents nurture the lead and nonvisibility of the same led to a loss in revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshcaller integration in the CRM is intuitive and comes in a bundle not having to pay for a separate dialer was neat to have and the smart tracking it allowed
The service is terrible. Software is ok. Not very intuitive and user friendly

Not user friendly. Support is terrible. So bad they made me search for another product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is suppose to help me manage leads and communicate with my customers..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look elsewhere. Like most Indian software it has all the features but not intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
freshsales is kind of ease to use compared to many other crm service in my opinion. It has many automations which is quite a good thing of freshworks crm or freshsales.

To be very honest in my opinion i would say nothing as such

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best crm software that I have ever used for managing the sales pipeline and enquiries that I am receiving from the different source.

Interface is little bit slow if we compare to other crm providers

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is nicely designed and fairly easy to navigate at a high level. And then things start to fall apart.
This software has a lot of potential, but it seems the development use cases were all created by engineers. Hire some UX people!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I'll keep adding to this list as I find more:
Export contacts - easy? Nope. You have to build a report and then export the contacts. Many steps.
See all of your tasks - easy? Nope. They have a permanent date filter field applied so you have to, that's right, build a report to see all of your tasks.
Create a marketing list - easy? Nope. You have to first create a list on one screen, then navigate to your contacts, filter those contacts, then add them to the list.
See who has clicked on what link in your email - not possible.
Landing pages - don't get me started. The structure of the implementation is confusing. If you have more than one slug, your home directory has to have content or none of the slugs will load.
Zoom integration - not really.
Activity list - not possible. There is no way to see a list of all your activities - tasks created, emails sent, etc.

It's doing it's best to make it hard for me to solve my problems. It should be at least an easy-to-use CRM with some marketing and sales features.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is one of the best products by the freshworks. So strong and easy to use CRM for the sales person and marketing person. So many features to love like - Sales Sequence, Customer journey, Automation, Deals etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have so many features but what i dislike is when i write a mail from freshsales those who are in cc, their contacts also created in the CRM. So i have to delete them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping us to manage our Leads from web forms and landing pages. A very organised tool of CRM for a sales Guy.
Great Tool for the Sales Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales offers the best analytical and automate CRM for a sales person. It's so intuitive platform to get on user on different channels like SMS, whatsApp or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is when i publish a customer journey i can't change in it. I can't add any node and extra field. If i want to do then i have to create a another journey for that. It's really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to engage with our customer easily and see to which customer we having conversation so that we can target them accordingly. This problem resolve with Freshworks by having all the leads in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please add a edit after i launch a customer journey campaign. It's really needful for us and i'm sure it is needed by others as well.
Brilliant CRM for a sales person to track all Outbound leads
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. Automation of their Sales Sequence where we can send an emails to users when the contact is created or the status is changed. It automatically send the mail to contacts. It reduce manpower and is so easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much but one thing that is when the email of a person is in cc their contact automatically created in the list. But i don't want their contact. So i have to manually delete the contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the manpower and automates most of the work. I like sales sequences that send automated mails after the status is updated in the Freshworks. Don't have to send maually one by one to every contact.
