What do you like best about the product?
It is very important to have this software since it optimally improves our negotiations and customer / company interactions, it is easy to use, it gives us the way to make sales fast and effective, it is profitable to acquire this program because its interface is nice, it is very balanced in the way it does processes, it is light and reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
We see many flaws in their characteristics, the interface should improve it, your reports should add more information to be more complete, it does not allow us to configure the alarms to our accommodation. They should do an update or add more functions to make the service optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us the opportunity to organize our sales processes, the interactions with our clients in a balanced, fast way and thus guarantee a good service. This Software makes us see through a monitoring to identify potential customers and offers minutes for our company

It is a good software because it is doing us optimally our sales processes and interactions with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
we like the way we have optimized our services, we have increased our sales, handle messages and notifications in a real and fast way, efficiently manage relationships with our customers, it is a lightweight and fast software which makes it efficient for we. It seems great to us since we link the email system and through this improves the relationship with customers

we dislike that this software lacks many functions and features that can improve the processes for our clients, its interface is regular should improve a little more

is giving us a wide assistance to streamline our processes through its characteristics that are of utmost importance for our company, it is easy to use and saves us time.

What do you like best about the product?
for this company has contributed a lot this software because it has allowed us to optimally guide our negotiations and interactions with customers, it also helps us keep track of potential customers, it has been very useful because it has balanced our organization of the management of sales

we dislike it because it lacks many functions or features that would be very helpful for processes, when you want to upload some file you do one-to-one instead of doing them simultaneously to make the process more optimal, you must improve the reports to have better information when reading the data

Through this product or this software, we have improved sales in a timely manner since this software optimizes the processes of our company through its functions. It is of the utmost importance, since through the monitoring of our contacts, it has determined to identify potential customers and offers from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
heat maps . Easy to setup.

its a Compulsory product matric for us post release. and important input for incremental optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
it may not be very easy for a beginner to understand the results of the tests.
Documentation is pretty good to help get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) website conversition funnel.
Was able to find the events where the drop used to occur.

2) SAAS user engagement funnel.
heat maps were a major input ,which helped us redesign our applications to enable increased user engagement and time spent on our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best it keeps record of all communication whether it be email, text, voicemail. I like the templates for emails and the statistics. It is easy to use and understand
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like other than I cannot really program it very well. I look at that stuff and freaks me out. the support is on the other side of the world so we never can get a decent appointment time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me organized as if I was a real business. I know what stage everyone is at and who I need to follow up with or the last time we contacted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once it is set up... it is the best thing since sliced bread!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the interface is with Freshmarketer and also how easy it is to get the reporting that I need from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have had a great experience using it over the last 2 months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to track the effectiveness of several self-service processes with our customers. We have been able to see the impact of specific messaging and also what we may want to change.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshmarketer has great heatmaps as well as a/b testing without any coding required. Using session replay, you can see what users do on your website to identify problem areas. The simple funnel tool is a good addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a mish-mash of features, many of which we don't use like split URL testing, polls, and forms. It'd be good to see more intelligence added, e.g. pointing out certain buttons etc. that see a spike in clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshmarketer helps us see how users interact with our marketing website, and helps us optimize it to make the user's journey more streamlined to convert more users.

What do you like best about the product?
we love that we can link the system with my email, it facilitates many situations and I can be aware of its operation. the software is very light which makes sales more fresh and abundant
What do you dislike about the product?
for our company analyzing this software we are disgusted that when we want to modify my system of my works it can be a bit complicated for us, since it can not configure the alarms, it lacks many features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
is resolving the optimization of sales by this means, streamlines processes since it has search filters, very timely way the database of our contacts. It is very broad with the membership since with only one I can include ten of my employees and clients and it is something that very little systems have included.

This is a good opportunity for you to acquire this product as it optimizes the databases of your contacts and has good features of easy handling
