Very flexible CRM integrating leads, email and phone followup

What do you like best about the product?
Cost-effective platform with excellent smartphone integration. The company seems to be very focussed on continuous improvement, as well. They also were very helpful integrating an external source of new business leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sell to individuals and some small businesses, while the freshsales template assumes business to business selling. Like any new system, there is a learning curve. I needed to a bit more work to match my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy way to track all communication with a large number of potential clients with minimum effort. Every call with a prospect automatically offers a log after the call - easy!

What do you like best about the product?
We do Business Consulting and my sales team can easily see where the status of the new client is on approvals and underwriting. Excellent work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing as to capture all the information if its set up in Leads, deals or customer. We decided to use the customer tab to input all information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have other business consultants use freshsales to update our business lending apps as well as send it under lending which will notify or Business underwriters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform will grow with your company and will streamline a process that is seamless from your consultants to your customer.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is! And not nearly as overwhelming as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints. I am still getting used to everything but it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a system of qualified leads and then accounts is where we are at right now, just trying to get everything off the ground and running. Benefits though include allowing our whole team to be updated on an account so there's no question as to where they are in the pipeline or once they're completely setup!

What do you like best about the product?
The way the leads can be converted to deals. The deals are eays to set up in different pipelines and sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
the impossibility to convert deal probabililties in deal values

getting your focus straight and sales hits for a period for different products

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which these guys respond is incredible. This is more important than having brilliant software with no support, The system works well, is fast and is my best friend during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system would be nice if it had a start up dashboard with some key data in it, such as current tasks and appts, latest leads. Would be nice if you could choose what you see on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is about selling services to people, so the CRM helos us manage the data, set tasks, reminders, nots and appointments. I dont know how we would do it as efficiently without Freshsales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing tool at the price. Easy to use yet like anything, needs a bit of time to feel your way around it and how best to use it. For example when do you convert a Lead to a Contact. After much testing, a lead remains a lead until there is potential for a sale, until then it remains a lead.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a number of different CRM systems before including ZohoCRM, Salesforce & proprietary solutions and this is the first solution which I've been able to create more value for my business from by using a combination of the free features and paid. The partnership with Yesware has enabled me to reach out to prospective customers through e-mail outreach and track the success of each campaign and the ability to record all customer interactions have been invaluable to driving the relationships generated further on through the sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales believe in agile methodologies so it's becoming frustrating to have UI updates (occasionally several in a week). These can make it disorianting when you log in during the morning only to find new buttons, or UI pieces moved elsewhere - typically these minor software pushes don't have any documentation either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of customer interactions was the biggest issue before Freshsales. Now I know what has been discussed, promised and delivered. Additionally, having further transparency over email outreach campaigns has also been invaluable, providing me with the information to continue to optimise each campaign based on real, customer interactions/metrics.

Evaluate - import some data to play around with and review the differences in the available paid tiers to make sure you can support you business challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of doing all in the simply way possible.
All the configurations and usage have the same experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some points of the layout, for example you need to click in the contact to see the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better management of sales rep. , simply ways to manage tasks and reports.
All of this has reduced a huge time consuming and enabled us to have a more precisely pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
After a long review I have identified that FreshSales as suitable platform with maximum possible of integration and supportive business model. Our organization evaluation FreshService, FreshTeam and FreshDesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account management in sales needs rework. FreshWorks sales person are not trained enough to visualize the big requirement from customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless integration and business flow for our product sales was the major requirement. Freshworks products helped us to achieve it with minimal technical knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Hi, We are using Freshsales, since last year and recently they have made a couple of upgrades in the platform and become more robust and user-friendly. We were testing out multiple tools like Insightly, Zoho etc. But As per our recent 1-year experience, FreshSales do a good job for SMBs for presales management and client follow up. Thanks to integration features

FreshSales is continuously improving and can work on more simple User Interface and Filtering view options

What do you like best about the product?
Freshmarketer is a product that has helped my company a lot in understanding our website. Thay have a great product which is definitely a great All-In-One Conversion Optimization Suite.

What I loved about the product is that its easy to use plus whenever my team had some concerns, Freshmarketer's customer support has been really quick to answer all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there hasnt been a single instance where I can say I faced a major issue. There is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation needs to understand the visitors coming to the website and their behavior in order turn them into leads. Freshmarketer has immensely helped us in understanding that through valuable insights.
