What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a user friendly CRM which is helping us maintain all the required information at one place. One software for entire marketing and sales task. campaigning is now easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not providing multiple user access for free.

Great useful sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the system is great. There are multiple ways to assist with the sales process from lead sorting to deals. Very easy to manage different accounts with the account icon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the functionality of the system provides everything we need - no dislikes from me

This product is definitely worth getting if in the sales industry. Very helpful and the help desk is always available

We are very unique with our client base and needed the flexibility to adapt to our required modes of communication, documentation, and reporting. Freshsales offers us all of the above

Some functionality was not available, but in the first few months, they were able to create the functionality.

Centralized communication and tracking for sales channel management. Our integrated workflow and accessible data has allowed us to minimize the amount of opportunities that fall through the cracks.
Great platform, intuitive, less complex than the major competitor, but more powerful to the end user

Easy of use, visualization of deals and deal flow. Automation of creating leads, deals and tracking emails without data entry. Multiple pipelines is fantastic

Still having a problem syncing calendars without having all calendar invites being pulled into leads. Should be fixed soon.

Freshsales app gives our company the simplicity we needed. It cuts out time by incorporating GPS with the appointment calendar.

I have had trouble with the time zone setting in the app.

you can only fetch 25,000 data at a time

Currently you can only upload one file at a time and this can be time consuming.

Sometime bug resolution time extends but it get resolved

None so far. I love how does Freshsales build for.

Freshsales is a very user-friendly system, we can now use it more conveniently and hassle-free. I can monitor my Leads, Contacts, and Deals without missing any appointment or tasks associated with each. I love it when I can generate reports and extract it as a backup file.
