Excellent tool to handle customers via chats
What do you like best about the product?
Intelliassign is one of the most useful section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports section in the app need to improve a bit.

Easy to navigate, simple layout, user-friendly

The fact that I need to click on the photos one by one instead of clicking one and the rest is automatically downloaded for me to view. Lagging, too.

Easy to review past conversations when investigating a case.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that every teammate can have access to the chat that any member of the teammate is on. In that way, it foster teamwork and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that the mobile experience is difficult to navigate compared to the desktop user experience

The main problem it is solving is that it bridges the communication channel between users and producers as regards to the service provided to the users and producers are also able to get feedback as a result of freshchat
The overall interaction experience with customer through Freshchat is amazing

The features are convenient and easy to understand. It have many features which help me to provide timely service to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that freshchat don't have option to integrate the report in geckoboard which is a bit disappointing.

Easy to understand, navigate and use tools and systems. Nice design, easy for visuals

Rarely it needs a refresh, sometimes new messages or calls don't come through straight away

Helping by having instant communication with users, with focus to resolve their issue immediately

The simplicity of using the system, has clear and very safe options. Very different from what we had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is quite complete and we are in another country that does not use the dollar, its cost is a little high.

Our attendants resolve more conversations at the same time and, in addition, some conversations do not need human attention, the client himself resolves his request.

Most easy and friendly interface even get more option to check the analytics of the agent and track all the records of agents and customer interaction of chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no negative point of the freshchat as it allows you to track all the possibility interaction with the customer and agents performance but have to make more smooth as sometime it keeps lag.

Easy way to interact with customers with one click and easy to reply with the / command so we can easily response to customer in the timely manner being on the multiple chats.
Freshchat its very helping our Customer service to make SLA and KPI, very user friendly,

API to whatsapps make more traffic, and we can count everything with freshchat.

limited channel to connect to freshchat, we have marketplace chat but cannot connect,

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in robot and the simplicity of handling and connecting with the customer's requests as this tool help us to reach the partners immediately using their WhatsApp number
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with this tool is the closing of the conversation after 24 hours which cause an issue for us to contact the partner after this period, and the integration of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, the live chat that is happening between us and the customer helped us to discuss everything without waiting for their responses via Email that mostly takes more than 24 hours
