Easy and Simple

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to manage.
Has several nice features and team keeps improving them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot need some improvement (but I know this is recent)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping out clients who need to have some questions solved before they book.
If we answer asap, clients turn into happy guests.

I feel that when questions are answered live, guests feel very supported and will more likely book with us cause we are always there to help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me, it's the best one out there

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing our customers a alternative modern way of reaching us other then calling or mailing us.
The setup was really simple and fast.

I also appreciate the helpfulness of Freshchat support in setting up the chat on our website.
The pricing was also very confusing in the beginning however i recieved very good support which helped our company to make a good decision in what plan we should use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic is a bit different in the settings from which i am used to as a swedish/european consumer but when all is explained it is possible to understand.
For example as i am writing this it said "9 characters remaining" but it could say "minimum 40 characters - 9 characters remaining", it's the small details which makes difference.

We still have some minor issues which needs to be adressed, my expectation was this not to be an issue in the first place.
For example we still have team members who can't login and set up thier accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem is that we have over 20-30000 errands / year through freshdesk. We want to be faster and more effective.
We must offer our customers the solution before they ask the question and the chat with "predefined answers" and the "FAQ" is a way of doing this for us.

Answering agent issues promptly and the ability to triage to necessary parties or departments.

A Fantastic Connection Point!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about freshconnect is the doors it opens to collaboration and connection! Freshconnect provides fantastic ways to manage and track: time, invoices, and expenses paid. It allows everything in the office environment to feel unified between different departments. It is a pretty loaded software, so it takes time to grasp and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a lot to dislike when it comes to freshconnect! It really is time saving and functions fantastic. Of course, it is at a higher price point than most of it's competitors, but it is worth every penny!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find myself always getting stuck in non-useful meetings, Freshconnect made it possible to get out of these time consuming meetings! Project development has become quicker and easier, and enables everyone to contribute ideas and strategies in a productive manner. Any form of better organized internal communication is always the best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn the software in all of it's vastness!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the free features for custom chat on my website. As my biz grows I plan to pay for the other great features it comes with, primarily campaigns

hmm not sure. I think I like it all. I guess I want the paid features for free, but understand that that can't happen

I get frequent questions from fans of our shows and/hosts directly to the site and my team and I are quickly able to answer them via phone

What do you like best about the product?
The in-depth performance reports. I can also understand what my team's challenges are as well as work on my outliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I am happy with the way it is at the moment. Should anything come up, I will let you know.

Tracking my team's performance and identifying their areas of improvement. I get to fix the identified pain areas real time.

Amazing solution for customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is very straightforward. The chat Ui is amazing and what I would call "sophisticated", with a nice aesthetic that is appealing to the eye. That being said, the chat bot works amazingly with all the customers and it answers all the basic questions, and if that's not enough, it refers the customers to one of our agents so they can speak to a real human, and I find that very helpful because it's easier to organize our tickets and reports.
Freshchat offers a quantity of features that work well and expand our communication experience, by implementing video and image sharing into the chat, as well as being able to share URL links. I think that small features like those are mostly missing all the time in any other software, but Freshchat makes sure to give it all to make the best out of something as simple as communicating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Freshchat works great. I haven't found any problems while using it and the bot works at all times. But the customer support is not the most responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a live chat that can answer all of our customers' doubts while not wasting a great amount of money is the big benefit of Freshchat. It's intuitive, clean and didn't take much training and time for us to set up and start using. For my work, it's benefitial that I have this tool, because it's easier for me to keep track of reports, and that way solve all issues regarding customer service in a more organized way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers a free trial for enough time for you to make a decision but in my opinion it's worth buying.

its cheap, has some versatility to integrate etc
What do you dislike about the product?
support provided by the technical team, information on the knowledge base is not updated, and sometimes leads to a dead link. I am left stranded with no way to fix the issue on my own and need to spend a lot of time trying to figure this out with the tech support.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshconnect offers the best services when it comes to collaborate as a team or at organization. It has versatile features which allows us to exchange messages , track time and activities and also maintain a solid track on how to communicate in the organization. We can eaisly get in contact with each other and can perform activites in a instantt manner. It is also quite a user friendly tool with attractive dashboards and user-interface.
The main benefit for which we are using this software is that it has great set of features packed in such a lightly tool which allow us to unleash our true potential by quickly collaborating and connecting as a time. A sophisticated professional tool with unlimited benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about this tool. It has remarkable features but few of them still needs some improvements for more smooth execution of processes. It has this really high and expensive subscriptions and does not support much of the integrations. Except for all of this, it has great benefits and high value for clients and professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented this tool to get connected with each and every team member in our organization. which it has performed well and fulfilled all of our requirements as a team. We can track progresses and can maintain 24/7 check with our team on certain projects and all of our team. It is indeed a benefit tool for professional if being used in a proper way.
