Feature rich and affordable

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is feature-rich and I can't think of a scenario that can't be accomplished. As I use Freshdesk as a help desk system I like the integration of both systems. Furthermore, I like the web console which is easy to use and comes in a fresh design. Last but not least the support is great and very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've compared a few chat systems and Freshchat suits my needs best for an affordable price. I don't really have things I don't like with Freshchat. The one thing I can complain about is that real multi-language support is only available with the highest subscription. This is not really helpful for one-man startups like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshchat to get in touch with visitors on my website and help them choose the right subscription for my services.

Great Product, Well Priced

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate into our web-app and website. Great set of features and part of the Freshworks suite so it integrates with the other Freshworks products that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshchat is just a chat tool where some other tools include additional functionality. For us, that is great because we didn't want to pay for functionality that we don't need or use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use FreshChat to provide support for our consumer and business customers. It works well, is easy to use and we consistently get great customer feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at the other products available from Freshworks, the decider for us was the complete, integrated package.

What do you like best about the product?
The Freshdesk and the Bots integration and the mobile apps they are fantastic for the On the go team, the widget in the site with the FAQ tab and the schedule service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn`t have a different channel in different areas
The personalization for the widget are very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first contact with our clients in the visit to our webpage, reduce the time to bring help to our clients, the efectiveness to take chats out of the office

You can trust in freshchat the mobile app is great for on the go chats.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity behind setting up the Chat service and the power behind integration with Freshdesk. Looking forward to the integration with Whatsapp and the benefit of IntelliAssign, routing, reporting and the measurement of CSAT in our customer experience team. The SDK's for Android and IOS make the deployment into an app chat seamless and gives our development team time to do more tasks related to the business because the chat service has been take care of with Freshchat.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main reasons for deploying Freshchat was to take advantage of the Whatsapp integration. Our hope is that the full suite of services available in Freshchat will be available for Whatsapp in the the future. Services like routing, IntelliAssign and a really important service for us, CSAT through the Whatsapp channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our customers on multiple channels with an integration into one communication channel, consolidating multiple whatsapp numbers into one measured channel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to quick to configure and setup. The power of the Android and IoS SDK's gives the development team a distinct advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a big goup chat avaiable for our reps to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike as of yet.

We are solving the problem of not being able to get everyone on the same page with updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the design and layouts provided for the chat window. The design of the my account section is user-friendly. I will give 10 out of 10 for the design.

The best part I like about this tool is a chatbot, you can easily set up questions for a chatbot.

You can easily set up the system within a few clicks. Awesome for done by the Freshchat development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. There are plenty of features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can provide online support to my clients and reply to their queries.

customers can reach out quickly from anywhere on our site. They sometimes have questions or issues and we can address very quickly. This has proven valuable to our customers, who appreciate the easy access to a real person

What do you like best about the product?
I have evaluated many live chat products, and Fresh Chat is the best! It has a easy to follow admin interface, the price is fair and I like targeting customers with certain pop up messages. Fresh Chats support is also quick and very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have a bit more data in the team performance report. Like have a agents ratings in there.Our ratings don't always seem to display after a chat though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instant responses to customers asking for things like car parking etc. We really the bot too that handles questions after business hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this product. It the best we have used so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add labels to the chats, you can assign it to a different colleague and you can have a private chat between your colleagues while having the chat so that you don't need to switch to another application
What do you dislike about the product?
what I don't like is that when you open the statistics for the labels you can't see a list of the chats that were listed under this label.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
am solving the issues with my customers and also dive them the support when ever they have any question

What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to add another communication platform to our business, besides phone support and email support and we stumbled upon Freshchat. We already noticed this before as we are a current user of Freshdesk. We requested a demo and they quickly showed us how Freshchat works. We had a lot of questions, but they were able to answer all. The tool is user-friendly too. Great design too - it is simple, clean and can easily be seen by customers.

With of without a Freshdesk account, you can definitely use Freshchat on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything as of the the moment. We like what we have seen during the demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for customer experience, especially if they wanted to talk to someone asap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nice design and lovely support staff. Great platform for talking to your customers. Highly recommended. Read different reviews online and Freshchat was one of the chat platforms that stood out the most.
