What do you like best about the product?
What I like in freshchat, is the facility to see all informations and control your team. For me the easiest way to talk with a client for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with other's freshservices would be better. In Freshsales, the lead's generated by freshchat are disorganized and demand a lot of time reorganize the client's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chat, problem is absolutely solved with freshchat. Best app in América Latina for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design of the user interface, the ability to set up an FAQ tab and the ability to set triggered messages
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had the ability to see and proactively engage with visitors on the site, rather than relying on them engaging with automated messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service allows us to connect with the customer and provide excellent customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need to a good looking customer service tool, this is the application.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is incredibly easy to implement and customize. Our support tickets have gone from 10-16 hours to close... to 1-3 hours. And we haven't waited longer than 2 hours to follow up on inbound sales interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. It's a great system. Maybe the pricing plans can be consolidated a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing lead gen from company website visits and engaging current clients for support issues while they are ACTUALLY using our product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this chat company. Best pricing for the feature set.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate user interface. cross-referencing customer data is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
need more colour theme options. customer conversation history could be sorted by date

better customer service scores and feedback!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
needs more colours! simplifying interface would also be nice!

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great to use and watch. It seems so vibrant and is quite responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bots and campaigns don't work properly.
The campaigns don't work exactly as they are configured and even the Technical support couldn't fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat along with a suite of tools from Freshworks allows a tight integration for all around coverage
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are already familiar with and have a subscription with Freshworks Tools, you may give this tool a try.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and easy to use product, with a nice UI design. Does the job perfectly and the freshchat team has been pretty helpful with the demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat notifications do not always come up for every chat. There are a few times that some chats are missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve some quick problems of our guest for understanding our business etc. We were able to generate a few more leads using freshchat.

there are very few menus and options are easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
it is obvious there are upgrades to be made and additional functions that can be seen but are only available with a price hike

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is a powerful live chat service for customer support. In this way we saved so much time in telephone calls. All our customers are happy with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with the API is not very clear, it should be reviewed and explained more

Live customer service without telephone assistance.
