Notifications issue

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, user friendly, new features are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no chat delete or edit option, notification sounds will not work sometimes. No dashboard for all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no such option, which is benefiting. One feature is good, where we can see the customer reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Always i siad the freshchat are too easy to mange your work and provide service so the freshchat are designed an app to help the company to mange their work it

Sometimes fresh chat have some issue but the support team they fixed the issue earlier the it team keep thier eyes on the system and looking to new ways to improve

The issue of the customer or the rider if some of them have problem they fixed

Quickly and easily contact with client through Freshchat portal

What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome as we can serve our clients from anywhere. We can use pre-written replies (Canned responses ) for frequent live chat queries. All Convseration done with client's are saved as ticket.

Another fetarue is that, we can add the client contact details on Freshchat portal and If an offline chat ( Non- business day) is received, in that case, we can create a Ticket and revert by email also.

We are using Freshchat portal more than 6 years and Truely fully managed Live Chat portal and we LOVE our live chat features and our client's also love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime stuck but it's normally observed when poor internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Freshchat integration with our website hence, our client's are eailsy connecting us through chat box for queries resolution. And Freshchat provide the live chat option and we can quickly reply to them in the same window.

Crossplatform, great support and nice user interface! The free levels are good enought to realy try the product.

The pricing for agents is high. Needs better integration with other freshworks products.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a feature to add attachment to the live chats for a easy communication. You can sync it with grammar correcting tools to avoid any spelling mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything such which I do not like about the product as it is very much easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When ever there is any issue that the customer is facing or not able to do it from the app he contacts us. And we answer to this over chat and solve it. This is how we provide the resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my time using the Freshchat platform, I’d say this tool is a relatively straightforward and convenient solution for customer service. It combines live chat functionality with AI bot support and self-service solutions so that you can deliver scalable, omnichannel support to clients.

The unified agent workspace is brimming with tools to engage your team and empower them to deliver more personalized experiences.

As of now there dislikes, happy to use such a great tool

Not much dislikes on tool but need a bit UI enhancement

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat has been one of the best chat support systems I have used till now. I have worked with multiple other chat support systems and I can confidently say that Freshchat is one of the best performed among them.

The unparalleled amount of features provided and the best-in-class customization features are a couple of things that make Freshchat stand at the top.

The number of integration available for Freshchat has helped me and my organization achieve faster resolution of a lot of customer queries and assist our userbase in a more effective and efficient method.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is something that I would like Freshchat to work on as there are multiple other platforms also available at a lower cost. Also,a better support system when issues occur can also be done so that there will not be any delays in handling any critical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat mainly assists in connecting the live customers to our live agents where we can directly interact with users and try resolving queries on chat or if it is necessary, convert the chat to a ticket where a higher level team will be able to resolve the concern. This is the primary focus of my organization with the help of Freshchat. The integration with freshchat and the labeling systems which is place is helping us identity the buckets where the customer has pain points and solve them.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy to use interface. Their integrations with ChatGPT align with current trends and have a reliable and interactive Reporting and Analytics tool.
Their customer support is exceptional and prompt in responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve their notifications system. Some key notifications don't show up in inbox window.
Their mobile App needs improvements in pulling in data from Instagram. IG posts and stories don't show up in incoming chats on the App which makes it difficult to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has combined all our customer communication channels, streamlining the overall process. It has made contact list maintenance easier and increased our productivity in general

What do you like best about the product?
It's free to try and can be integrated with your webpage. A lot of automation can be added, let it be an initial response, collecting details when the agent is not available, bot suggestions, resolving and creating or merging with an existing one, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto naming of users when they do not share their details. It doesn't seem professional. In-built integration with Whatsapp should be provided in the free version too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers usually come to our knowledgebase for self-service and when they did not find an answer their too, they are now able to directly chat with us with the widget we have added. Previously, customers may drop out loosing interest if they did not find what they are looking for.
