Convenient In-App Discovery with Responsive, Courteous Support
What do you like best about the product?
Apps and products show up at convenient times as links within other apps and are easy to obtain. reviews and comments are positve in tone. Support is responsive and courteous. The customer experience is important to them. Knowing their products and how their customers deploy them and wanting to improve upon themselves using that synergy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t experienced any issues so far, and I don’t have any negative feedback to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their WP Migration tool links a live site with a local sandbox, enabling offline development and page modifications, and then lets you upload those changes during periods of low network traffic. I’d like to see compatibility with more hosting providers.

Managed servers and 24/7 support. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I wish you could get database support on demand.

Great Support but Needs Speed Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate WP Engine's easiness to manage production, staging, and GitHub, which really helps streamline operations. The support is a standout, with the technical team being awesome. The initial setup was good, and I like that the UI is good as well.

I dislike the website speed for big websites.

Extremely Trustworthy Web Host with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely trustworthy web host that offers great support (which enhances its trustworthiness).
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time there's a new account manager, they hit me up with emails about "problems with my account usage," which, in the past, led me to agree to calls with them that culminated in an attempt to upsell me to a higher-priced package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-performance web-hosting that's reliable (I don't worry about downtime ever) and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is probably our favorite thing. And we really appreciate the relationships we have with our account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the cost but really we're getting a good value for what we pay.

What do you like best about the product?
We had a fantastic experience we had with Anna P's support. She took the time to address all of our concerns and questions thoroughly and understood our questions even when they were vague due to our own confusion. She also provided excellent strategic advice on how to best utilize the platform. Additionally, she researched and shared a comprehensive list of resources and articles which are extremely valuable and will be critical in helping us manage our site successfully moving forward. Her intelligence and dedication to her work were very clear to us.
On top of all of that, it was so pleasant communicating with her! She has made a significant difference for our business as we navigate away from a full-time developer team, and we are very grateful for her expertise.

It is very technical and confusing for someone without a developer background.

We had a lot of questions about our website and how to keep it updated and functioning successfully.

What do you like best about the product?
I like WP Engine because it's super easy to use and very reliable. It provides a super reliable hosting environment ensuring our client sites are always up and online. I find it really easy to manage updates, security, and site monitoring, which takes care of the overall health of our client sites. This ease means I don't have to think about the infrastructure, and I know it's secure, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy; creating an account, migrating sites, and updating everything is straightforward. The support and infrastructure are great, making WP Engine valuable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support could be faster. It can feel like we're waiting too long to get a response. I also find it annoying to have to repeatedly say I want to talk to a human. An option to bypass the AI agent in the support channel would be nice because sometimes I just know I need to go directly to a human.

I find WP Engine very easy to use, which helps me create sites quickly. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and can assist with any WordPress issues I encounter. I also like the different tools available, as they give me a real sense of control over my site and what I want to set on it. The initial setup was very easy, and this ease of use is something I really appreciate.

WP Engine provides fast support for my ACF WordPress plugin issues, especially when ACF fields don't match DB values. Everything works well.
