The Best Way to Contact Leads!

What do you like best about the product?
Pipes has opened up a new revenue stream for us. The team is incredibly supportive, and the software is extremely user-friendly. Integration was quick, and it's now an essential part of our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pleased to report that we have experienced little to no issues with Pipes. Anything that we had trouble with the team was quick to send support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes has been solving various problems for us, from collecting accounts receivable to offering special promotions to our customers. The most significant impact has been the improvement in our collection on accounts receivable, which increased from 18% to 60%.

What do you like best about the product?
getting to customer within seconds after getting the lead. in addition to that working with their team made the implementation a very easy one. Jose is a tremendous asset to the team. .

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a long time user of Pipes, going on 5 years. Communication with the team is great and reliable. It's user friendly and quick to pull data. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the lead gen or marketing space. It makes integration easy with various campaigns and setting it up was pretty simple. We use this everyday and rely heavily on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really encountered anything we don't like about it. Their staff is very helpful when we have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead validation and performance tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support service is fantastic and readily available via phone calls, emails or slack conversations. By employing automation we save a lot of time that would have been spent manually delivering messages to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per lead for processing leads in Pipes can negatively impact the profit margins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to be more adaptive in our testing of various messaging strategies thanks to their response to our ads and identification of possible pain areas. It has given our brand's strategy new directions.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?

Was Skeptical, Boy Was I wrong!

What do you like best about the product?
Keep in mind I own a call center. Pipes has allowed me to drop my headcount so far by about 45% and INCREASE my production. The best part about the software if how easy it is to use and more importantly how fast these guys get back to you if you have any type of question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't dislike anything about it yet. Will keep looking for something though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest issue in the past 12 years has been the human factor. Call Agents miss work, get burnt out reaching customers, or just don't feel like working some times. Pipes eliminates that headache. Pipes just does its thing and never complains.

SMS Solution That Actually Makes Sense

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness and comprehensiveness of creating campaigns, A/B testing, setting up goals, exporting reports, and automation in the system. The most amazing part is that the team at Pipes was more than willing to be flexible for our exact use cases and they were even proactive in helping us understand and set up the necessary protocols with our complex proprietary process in the system. The best part of Pipes is not only the software that runs the campaigns but the people that are behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. The team at Pipes is incredibly open to feedback and feature requests, so there are a ton of new helpful features that were implemented into the system that supported our team to be more efficient. The customer success team is extremely invested in listening to your pain points and they can usually solve your issues a lot quicker than I have experienced with other vendors in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes is solving our remarketing and reactivation strategies to lift our conversion rates for our brand. It's exciting to see leads flow through the process, how they are responding to our campaigns, and identifying potential pain points. It's allowed us to be more agile in trying out different messaging and opened our brand's path to new strategies.

Simple and Effective Technology

What do you like best about the product?
I am in control of my system with Pipes. I can review the disposition of any lead I send to Pipes in real-time. The support is also amazing. The team at Pipes set up a slack channel and responds in real time. Truly remarkable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say at this point. The system could be slightly better at identifying errors when you create a flow, but that is such a minor issue that it isn't something I was even concerned with for more than 30 seconds. The very rapid support makes up for anything that you wish was designed ever so slightly different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes is solving speed to contact consumers that are interested in purchasing insurance.
