Pipes is the best platform for high volume marketing campaigns!

What do you like best about the product?
I receive great daily technical support and data analysis from Garrett, along with very insightful marketing guidance from a highly successful veteran of the industry (Drew). The user interface is intuitive and allows for fast and easy customization. I've put millions of leads through 10+ similar products through the last ten years, and Pipes is hands-down the best choice for maintainig efficient deliverability on mass-volume campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far! Pipes has fair pricing and is great to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes allowed me to scale up where other similar platforms couldn;t.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several. "Set it and forget it." The ease of use of the system. It works! We are seeing over an 80% Engagement Rate from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. The only thing that Pipes.AI is limited to is, well, your imagination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer call avoidance from sales agent. As well, the messaging is EXACTLY the same on the SMS, as well as, outbound dialing. COST SAVINGS!

Seldom do you mind a great product that is supported by a super team that wants to exceed your needs every step of the way.

We've been able to reduce our customer acquisition cost significantly and improve agent productivity by using Pipes. The reporting is great, it's easy to setup new campaigns and make changes to campaigns on the fly, and the customer support Pipes has provided has been phenomenal.

Pipes is a great platform to leverage for improving lead and customer engagement. I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been doing business with Pipes.AI for exactly one year now and they are the best at what they do. Shifting to a self-driven AI solution platform for our calls and SMS campaigns has made my life 100x easier.

Drew (the owner) and Garrett are extremely helpful, responsive, and available at almost any time. Much applause to their customer service ethic! Setting up the flows and creating a custom IVR for our transfer campaign was very straight-forward (and actually fun), especially for those who are visual learners like myself.

I even recently started my re-marketing SMS campaign for Auto-Insurance using the features Pipes offers and after Drew explained the setup, there was little to almost no learning curve with managing the flows in the Pipes dashboard, to create a successful campaign. This service is great and I look forward to a successful 2021, working with them!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. It's a pleasure to work with Drew and Garrett, and learn from them. The platform is extremely easy to use and learn. There's even tutorial videos on specific sections. And if at any point you feel overwhelmed with the platform's flows, setup, etc. Reach out to Drew and you'll get clarity in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous problems I've worked with Pipes on was increasing engagement rate/activity on the SMS campaign, link issues, and getting the campaign to grow in terms of revenue and profit. All which have been quickly resolved thanks to Drew and Garrett! When these problems have been solved, I've learned more each time about SMS traffic, compliance, and how to create a better user experience for saving money on auto insurance!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. You can set up a campaign using this tool in minutes. The reporting is straightforward and easily customizable to suit your needs and ensure you're effectively optimizing your campaigns/lead avenues. The dialing patterns are tried and true, and the upfront validation features come in handy (email verification, blacklist alliance, Jornaya validation etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The goal of this tool is simple, engage your leads in a cost effective way and know what data sources/points are driving the most revenue. This system accomplishes that hands down and at a very competitive rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system allows us to really get the most revenue out of our lead buys by reengaging leads further down the line. I'm constantly surprised at the additional revenue we are able to bring in by utilizing this system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a cheap and very effective way to reengage leads, look to this platform to solve that problem for you. You'll be surprised at how effective it can be.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipes.ai technology is extremely intuitive and easy to set up, in fact, I was able to setup my account and go live within 30 minutes and make my first sale on day one! For any small to medium size business that's looking for a smart, affordable, automated and highly effective customer engagement platform for CALLING, TEXTING and RE-MARKETING to new or existing leads then look no further because Pipes.ai is your answer. Bottomline, businesses want to optimize their marketing investments by getting the highest rate of return for every marketing dollar spent and Pipes.ai was purposefully designed and built for this reason. Additionally, Pipe.ai customer support is world class. Essentially, Pipes.ai management believes that having a great support team to help you on your marketing journey is as important as the technology itself, frankly, this really sets this company apart. Needless to say, I'm a huge Pipe.ai fan :)

I can honestly say there is no downside to the Pipes.ia platform or it's customer support. It's an awesome solution that doesn't require a long term financial commitment; you pay as you go !

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's a self serve platform. Very intuitive with great support from the Pipes team. Drew is one of the owners of the company. He's available to me at all hours of every day. Being relatively new to lead gen, he's taught me a lot and introduced me to great companies we're now doing new business with. They've got a complete video training program that allows anyone to come up to speed and maximize their usage on the platform very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a downside. No minimums or mothly commitments are required when using Pipes. If you need help, the team will be there for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls at scale through automation. Compliance is excellent. The product does what they say it does and they're constantly working to make it better. Our ROI's are outstanding from Pipes and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their revenue and profit.
