Simple Product that Packs a punch
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is straightforward to use; the dashboard and its simplicity is some of its best features. For backup products, this one is a simple A to B.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing here for me to dislike. Updates are frequent - the downside is that there is currently no support for Azure but I'm aware that it is in the pipeline for hopefully a 2022 release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Clumio currently to backup Office 365. But I do hope to extend the use once compatibility with Azure is here

Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is a set it and forget it product. It just works without any intervention. We just look at the completed email job each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we haven't seen any downside. Accommodating setup staff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting a backup off site in the cloud for all critical servers and data.

What do you like best about the product?
Rapid recovery, Fast backups, fast full machine recovery, exceptional customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things require contact support to change. I imagine that this is to prevent accidental errors or other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no thought backups. does what it claims to do. I used Clumio to move to a new VMware cluster rapidly because the old network was super congested and migration would have kept the servers down for too long.

No current support for Microsoft Azure virtual servers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clumio is our go-to disaster recovery solution for all mission-critical servers. Our DR is now more secure, reliable, and easy to manage
Functionality with Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate user interface. Nice dashboard to provide information on all things needed. Restore times are decent, and support is always there for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more in-depth reporting options. Also would be nice to be able to have more options when trying to filter through old backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A common problem would be failed upgrades that require a rollback. Cost savings are another problem that is being resolved by using clumio services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise creating a more accessible view of the current and past backups. Something that has all information and details. I feel like the list view now is nice, but hard to find what you're looking for.
Solid performance from a cloud solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and speed of backup and restore operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for SQL or on-prem Exchange Server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offsite backups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple offsite backup solution for on-prem and cloud workloads with an expanding solution set, give them a try.
Clumio Review
What do you like best about the product?
The main draw of Clumio was the Immutability of the backups created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the daily summary email I get was more descriptive. On the report, I see 100% of my Cluster/instances/DBs were backed up successfully, but the "backup success" is 98%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know that if an AWS account was compromised or lost to a disaster, we have a way to ensure we can access a valid backup.

Using Clumio for backups is extremely helpful. Pulling old files that may have been deleted by end users help a lot when they urgently need something that is no longer there

Sometimes has slow restores for larger file servers

simple ease of use, no need to have one individual dedicated to backups
Clumio just makes it too easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, we have it back up every night and had zero issues, and the email we get every morning telling us that the backup happened is informative and reassuring. You can't ask for better software with a team of people to make sure it's all working for you. Great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the hard part; there is nothing I can think of that I don't like about it. It just works, and there have been no issues at all. Even customer service is excellent.

We are getting secure, fast backups nightly without issue or hassle. The backups are offsite without much extra work and are encrypted so no one can steal our data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't recommend clumio enough. We have had nothing but great success and zero issues. We recently updated our Clumio cloud connector on our VM, my boss and I set aside the whole day for this upgrade... well, it took all about 5 minutes with how easy Clumio set it up for us and gave us proper instructions. You won't be sorry, try it.

Clumio, simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use of clumio. Only requiring Linux appliances and few simple clicks to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawbacks of clumio can be the speeds to restore large servers.

We were able to have a backup solution tha is off-premises and very simple to utilize. It didn't require a dedicated person to manage the entire backup infrastructure
