What do you like best about the product?
Freshservice is very user friendly. It makes managing our teams work very easy. It has so many different options available in one place. Any issues, questions or concerned are always handled appropriately by their support team. It has been a very smooth transition and I am very happy so far with the results. It also offers "quests" and with our competitive nature we have a lot of fun with them every month. It is not only efficient but fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I do not have any dislikes with the product. Since going live we have found the need to adjust the product and this is always handled with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to complete and track all user issues/requests. Freshservice has combined several different programs that we were using into one.

the friendly interface. Fresh desk provides a really good support that makes all the difference when our company has issues to solve.

I really liked everything. One of the best support experiences I have ever had

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing (yet) - the system meets all the requirements we have, any additional requirements are dealt with quickly by Fresh Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Freshservice to track all of our IT Service Desk items, tickets, assets, changes.

Having one central system rather than separate systems has enabled us to get a better view of where our time is being used up - tracking training issues with staff, repeating tasks etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive service and support. Implementation has gone well so far. We were able to import all of our existing tickets from our old system without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered problems yet. So far the process has gone well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a ticketing system to replace another product that had an expiring licence. Fresh Service allows us to manage trouble tickets and track incidents. It seems to do everything we're looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to contact support - they have always responded quickly and have been very helpful throughout our implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick respond and really helpful
I have typed the wrong mail address for setup and support guided me to reset it in a short time.
The respond time is least than 10 mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first set up did not have to clear instruction and easy to make mistake
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are searching the IT services ticketing system and seem it is a reasonable option.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshservice provides affordable plan. It is good for start up businesses grow up and extend plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could make landing page for user easier

I’m looking for a system with limit budget luckily I found Freshservice meets my requirements.

I recommend Freshservice for whom are seeking for affordable solution on IT asset management especially ITSM.

What do you like best about the product?
The communication between IT and сlients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I live in Moscow (and our clients), and we need full Russian language. For example, now I can't change the word "Ticket" to "Заявка" in our system e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshservice is the Best ITSM system for small business and communities such as Universities, for example. Even for Hospitals.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast intuative interface nice looking and customisable with branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know somethings are "comming soon" but would like to see a roadmap with timescales ..(it maybe there but havent found it yet)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing legacy Internally written system that was tailored to us, hopefully we can get 90% of what we had... getting there now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will do most of what you want , I hope their S/W assent management is thought about as it will make it invaluable for SME
