What do you like best about the product?
The improvement in the handling speed of tickets is very noticeable, is easy and intuitive to use. Functions are abundant, and all are seamlessly integrated. Workflows are efficient, with options for automatic approvals. It can be set up very clearly, easy-to-understand for the end user. Support is fast, and there's a very extensive training library with material on each topic and functionality available on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In 9 months of heavy use of 4me, I dislike nothing about the platform. There is so much learning material that if I find something, I can probably find out how to resolve it just by researching in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reduced handling time of tickets by skipping useless steps and automating processes. Clear customizable dashboards. My experience has been great; there's an abundance of functionalities, fast support and training materials on the platform. And is highly versatile; you can do as you please inside.

What do you like best about the product?
The modern interface and the fact that we have been able to replace disparate systems with a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features don't go quite as far as you'd expect in certain areas, i.e. Project Management, and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single platform to manage external customers, internal requests, agile development and time recording.

What do you like best about the product?
You can see how well thought out it is. The flow of work makes sense, the interface is intuitive, functions that are similar work similar across the product. Updates and upgrades are seamless and whatever is added fits perfectly in the existing system without the need to get a truck load of consultants in to make it work in our environment (as was the case with our previous product).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more available roles for managing the CMDB. More separation of data and access to the different CIs. It is actually possible but it could be done with less work from an administrative perspective I believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our end user experience has improved a lot since we started 4me, that is the most important part. Partly because employees like the mobile app and the self service interface a lot but also because we have seen a steadily improve in resolution times due to further automation and shift-left.
From a management perspective our senior management likes the fact that yearly running costs (licenses and consultancy) are down 70% (!) compared to our previous product (current market leader).

I like the Self Service Portal, which is also a very important part of our daily business.

The 4me app still has room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
4ME comes with such a quick and simple set-up. There's great demo options and it comes with all of the out-of-the-box ITIL processes. Easy to manage and use. The service desk management is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not too many negatives to list! Perhaps some integrations with other tooling would be good to allow a flowing consistency with the rest of the estate. Maybe some more reporting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal user management and service requests. Incident management for both internal systems and client facing systems. Also using it to handle change requests and control procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
4me can be implemented fast, is easy to use and had positive effects on our efficiency right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Direct e-mails to open a request only work through an external e-mail address provided by AWS. It would be great to be able to directly integrate an exchange online inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our support cases and requests, as well as provide us with a handy knowledge base for recurring issues.

Nothing! In all honesty, your feedback as a customer is captured by the 4me organisation and addressed in a professional manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
4me allows us as a Managed Service Provider to support our internal users and customers. As a Service Manager, I can rely on clear relevant reports and dashboards in order to provide our customers with excellent service and experience.

What do you like best about the product?
4me comes out of the box with an extremely well-thought-through set of processes in a light uncluttered user interface. It is really helping to act fast and effective
What do you dislike about the product?
The project management functionality is useful for small projects, but lacks the ability to manage programs of interdependent projects. It would be really helpful to be able to link projects in a hierarchy of a program, and also to link project tasks between different projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
4me enables cooperation in a multi-service provider ecosystem to a great extent, allowing for real-time exchange of information. In addition, the reporting possibilities are almost unlimited, and this, again, out-of-the-box. This creates real-time insight in the quality and performance of the service delivery.
4me allows for a one-shop-stop platform for any business request, not only IT, but whenever support is required from a service organization, whether it be internal or external.

There is not much to dislike about 4me. If you dislike 4me you are living under a rock.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never experienced a system quite as user friendly as 4me. The application makes life so much easier, whether you are logging a call/providing support it is just so easy!! Speaking from an Administrative perspective. You actually own the system, in the sense of making changes, 4me is so versatile that you literally have the ability to change things to suit your organization's needs. Regarding cost, 4me is probably cheaper than most of it's competitors. As a bonus, 4me support is always available to assist with any issues you might have.
