What do you like best about the product?
The tool is done with service management in mind, so whatever IT issue you have, you will likely cover it with that tool. From my experience, we covered IT incidents and preconfigured request types; it has a friendly GUI for designing workflows for standardized processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the "feature" that everything is stored forever - you cannot delete something once inserted, so if you plan to change something, carefully plan and first make changes in the QA environment. QA environment is included in the product by default, so use that as much as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is easy to use and intuitive. GUI is responsive, so people do not have a headache using it. My most valuable feature is that we can design complex standard workflows with automation. Hence, end users must put all data to the initial form, which is needed to finish workflow build from several tasks distributed over various teams.

What do you like best about the product?
4me's enterprise approach allows us to connect work across more departments than ever. The simplicity of the application allows each area to be responsible for developing their account.
What do you dislike about the product?
4me is based on best practice protocols which is great at supporting an immature business in putting the right structures in place. It can be a challenge where the business has already matured, and you are trying to make the application fit the way you operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
4me has helped to reduce the complexity of our development and increase the reach of the tool across the enterprise. This has meant we have more control, visibility and responsibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward to use. It has increased our speed of delivery as 95% of what we develop in the tool is configuration. We have seen great success in business unit adoption, including functions such as Finance, HR, Facilities and Customer Servicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the functionality included within the reporting were expanded to provide cross-table comparisons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has addressed a cost issue with our previous tool ServiceNow. It has also increased our speed in delivering business-critical services, for both IT and enterprise servicing teams

Searching for a topic or team can still be a challenge as different users use different descriptions for an issue

Sometimes changes are being done on UI level that are requested by other customers, but are not wanted at your side. No way to switch to the 'before' situation

What do you like best about the product?
Clearly following a service driven structure
Makes collaboration outside the company easy if 4me is used there as well as account trusts are easy to setup
weekly release cycles make new functionality available very often
What do you dislike about the product?
It's somewhat hard to get a certain permission structure in place
The usage of separate support account makes it easy to understand who can see what, but limits functionalities that rely on data within multiple accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make only the relevant services available to our business users as needed (based on coverage)
Enable collaboration between teams based on service structure to speed up resolution of incidents and requests

The UI extension is really nice. The tool can be easily modified to your needs.
A lot of improvelements each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be more user fiendly to switch between screens. To mmany clicks.Project can have a maximum of 250 tasks?!?

We use it mainly for bussiness changes
