Sometimes a feature is launched with limited functionality - hoping a second release will bring extra value - but no insights if second release will happen...(resource & project management)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self service portal for the enterprise customer

What do you like best about the product?
4me's flexibility and ability to allow custom templates and UIX's makes the end to end process easier as it allows support teams to set pre-defined questions / data capture to help assist / improve incident resolution
What do you dislike about the product?
as 4me is a cloud based tool, specific enhancements must be rolled out across the full 4me platform. This can be frustrating if you are the only company suggesting the enhancement. However, the overall ability to transfer tickets via the 4me trust supercedes this discrepancy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
4me was initially implemented to be used by IT only. As an Organisation, this we now have over 20 different support accounts used by many different departments from IT to Facilities Mgt to Master Data team also HR teams in both UK and Germany

What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of the software and @ functionality. the software deliver a lot of reports and dashboard which gives you a full transparency of the open incident, problems and workflows.
There is no training required for the user, cause of the easyness of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not one topic which we dislike. The only point that you need some java skills to program UI specified fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we solve the transparency issue in our company. All employees know exatly the status of their case is. No more dissussion internaly in the company about any status

What do you like best about the product?
4me gives you the possibilites to design IT services, manage the IT delivery of your providers (in case you are receiving IT services and not delivering them) and have an eye on the most important metrics. So it is somehow "strict" how the design and the configuration is taking place within the tool - but all has a well designed and thoughtful background. We are using 4me for >1 year now and all questions that came up so far were all solved with the built in logic of 4me - so far it is flawless for us, even in complex situations with more than 1 other ITSM tool and more than 1 service provider involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really so far. If I think about a "small flaw" it might be the somehow missing flexibility in designing the reports within 4me. For detailled and customized reports you will need to change to a reporting tool of your choice. But this is not worth talking about - this ist just the only thing that comes up, if I think hard about a possible flaw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized view of IT Services we are providing to our employees (no matter who as an organization is delivering them)
Easy customizations possible - yet "strict" enough to stick on a path to hold on to
Easy licensing model
Easy ramp up of further service provider and the possibility for them to work directly within 4me

What do you like best about the product?
the intuitive user interface and informative interface that also helps the IT specialist in his diagnosis of the cause that may lie with underlying service instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Querying for a specific request is hard because it misses some filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a more precise view of what services are using what other services.
This certainly helps or Service Desk in the search for solutions, but also to understand the business impact when supporting services goes down.

What do you like best about the product?
4me makes communication with customers easy, and collaboration internally, externally (with our contractors) very productivity.

Deploying 4me gave us immediate maturity boost, visible by our customers by increased productivity and seamless collaboration. We could start benefiting from knowledge management internally, saving time on upskilling of new contractors, and reduce manual work by automating our regular maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to share. Overall I am pleased with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal & external collaboration to connect customer sites (office buildings, shopping malls, hotels) to fibre broadband. Benefits include improved quality, visibility, control and productivity increase.

What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel of the whole product. It is just so easy and intuitive to use. I also very much appreciate the many reports and dashboards. Finally an application where I don't have to figure out how to build the right report myself....
Also good to mention; the translation function. We add notes in 5 different languages yet when I read a request it is all in English for me, and really good English. I find that amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching the documentation, the user manual I mean, could be improved. For normal use that is no problem as it is so intuitive but for administration tasks that would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We look a lot more professional to customers and staff and our reporting is accurate and on time now. It also takes way less time to produce these reports (actually most are just available in real-time all the time).

What do you like best about the product?
Requests tracking. Interaction with the teams. Flexibility to customize the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before applying some changes, we must wait for the approval process by the 4me company (changes will be impacted all of the 4me clients).

Because it's a SaaS product some changes are made with are not what we would like.
