What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to monitor all revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always easy to share cards and other content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring multiple data sources that Google Analytics does not do alone.

What do you like best about the product?
The Drag and Drop pipeline is easy for non-tech user and the multiple connectors are very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Algorithms are a bit limited and the built-in connectors fail more than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking team progress and company goals. The dashboard is a great way to help keep the company informed of our status and ways to increase performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool but can be a bit on the pricier side. Would definitely recommend trying their free trial before deciding whether the tool is a good fit for you company.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the platform. I act more as a user and love the ability to see metrics in chart and graph format easily. Additionally I like the flexibility it has with adding filters and adjusting timeframes to see different views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about here. We've come into some issues with adding filters when comparing year over year data. Not sure how big of a bug that is though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my world I'm constantly tracking orders and revenues for 10-15 campaign types and this makes my job a lot easier to report out to the larger team. This is especially critical during our peak valentine's and mother's day periods. I also am a big fan of the mobile app which has a great user interface to access business critical reports while on the go

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has the best user interface and back-end product to drive speed and simplicity to drive business intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much that we do not like about Domo, it continues to improve its offering for decentralized businesses like ours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our general managers problems by giving them one dashboard to run their business vs. aggregating numerous reports and manipulating them to gain insights. We are in the infancy of tracking the financial benefits, but our operational insights have improved immensely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a demo and talk to other users in your space to understand how they are using Domo to drive decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great suite of connectors- makes pulling new systems into reporting a breeze. Constantly rolling out new features & functionality. Awesome & responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some administrative / management tools are not as mature as other parts of the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved visibility and speed. We now have visibility into much more of,our businesss, all in one place. The speed at which we can react has increased exponentially.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy for Business Intelligence personnel to duplicate domo cards & share the cards with the relevant analysts.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, domo still takes a bit of manual work - it's hard to integrate domo into current reporting.

Great Platform When Your Integration Is Working

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Domo has a great many ways to analyze data from a HUGE set of options. I also really like that there is a built-in chat. It feels like Excel crossed with Slack. It is an excellent place for Analysts, managers and executives to discuss whats going on - based on data - and make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said in the title, it's great when the data integration, called a connector in Domo - is working. Domo has a lot to offer, but your insights don't mean anything if your data isn't aggregated properly in the platform. That said, my company is on a free trial and I'm sure companies on a paid plan will have sufficient support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo to generate insights about what our company can do better based on a complete picture. I'm also manager for our CRM, and make suggestions just from that platform to help the company. But with Domo, I see each part and attempt to make each part compliment the other hopefully make a whole greater than the sum of each part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is a solid data aggregate platform that easily facilitates a discussion about your data and make changes. However, a good data integration is necessary for that. Connectors are easy to install and Domo's support (at their freemium version) is pretty good - not perfect, but good for a free option.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see what’s going in every department of my business in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don’t like is that some admin and data settings are missing but I don’t use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get an alert when a report has gone above or below a benchmark I’ve setup, so I know immediately what requires my attention

My experience with Domo

What do you like best about the product?
It can show different "cards" that relates to different customers, so you can group and clarify distinctions between different types of customers you serve. Beyond that, Domo is a good analytics tool. I can filter between locations, industries, types of content, and more to narrow down exactly what I'm looking for. It also color-codes the most effective pieces of content automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you filter results through our company, we have so much data that it takes awhile for the filter to kick in to show what you want. The main thing I dislike about Domo is it doesn't aggregate analytics about pieces of content. For instance, if I have a Solution Overview that is on my website, I can download it on the website, I can click on it to bring it in a PDF view on my internet browser, I can find it on Google, etc. - these are all different "pieces of content" in Domo, making it very difficult to distinguish which pieces of content are actually "better" than others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using analytics to justify what problems to solve, which pieces of content to prioritize, and prove which solutions are working based on data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's hard to learn and even harder to figure out how to navigate around Domo. I would recommend getting involved with analytics and using multiple points of data to back up and support conclusions offered. You really need an expert in Domo to help you but getting this piece is often the hardest

Versatile and streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
This product allows us to roll up almost all of our business data -- memberships, activations, fundraising, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the external-facing reports were more interactive. It would be nice to not require a user login to see additional data feeding the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No roll up solution for all business data
