Domo for the win
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of building cards (reports), once a connection is made using workbench the visualization options are great. The Mobile app is also a hit for our executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Domo is the predictive analytics capabilities. My team had a hard time connecting R and getting actionable insights from the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem we are solving is putting certified, near real time data in the palms of our executive team. Domo has really become central to almost every strategic discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with getting the right data feeds done during implementation, we had to go back and rebuild connections later.

I love how I can easily visualize my data in a platform that is easy to use. The app is great and it can be the hub for our data

It's not that easy to manipulate data once inside DOMO. It's easier for us to manipulate it outside and bring it in to DOMO later to visualize.

Using DOMO to visualize and share all pertinent information and reports

Its so difficult to extract information and at the same time system is very expensive for small businesses enterprise.

Supports internal data warehouse such that all the important data are available at one place without having to manually to different sources.

Formatting charts is not user friendly. Adding data labels and changing axis labels can be easier

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using a DOMO card to pull all the data you need. I believe it is accurate information always and the real time updates are great.

Sometimes a bit chunky and hard to search + filter for exactly whats needed within a card

What do you like best about the product?
Its use gave me the ability to quickly build and implement panels, cards and data for our users without large expenses or work in our internal development team. Also the graphic and the board are really simple and clean. I must say that its design is great and makes call statistics more attractive to both parties. It is a very organized program and I like that it influences daily tasks, creating diagrams of very efficient activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect that I notice is that I would like them to add more options to the board, it would be more useful. Another dislike for Domo is that there are some programs that do not match the import functions. In general, I consider it a very good program, it helps in many aspects of the company, both negative aspects just mentioned do not influence the good performance it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like it because it has a large number of add-ons that we can easily integrate with our local server or data center. Domo integrates all types of solutions in a single platform, which facilitates the reorganization of our company's business model, this application has a very advanced artificial intelligence, thanks to this, we can manage all types of business projects, created in databases beforehand. It also helps frontline managers through suite C to better understand what is happening.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting involved with the analysis and using multiple data points to support the conclusions offered. We really have no idea what we could achieve without Dome now. It is phenomenal. We highly recommend it and guarantee that you will do well.

We can create very customized reports for most project needs
What do you like best about the product?
It has large number of plugin which we can easily integrate with our local server or data center. It has excellent systemic layer feature where end user can make their dashboard / report by their own. Additionally, it has good dashboard sharing option which avoid any communication gaps or deployment gap during the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training material is not much available as every time team do their own R and D if there any issue or any support required. Further, this is mandatory requirement by domo that software only be fetching with their own database so every time you have to shift / move data on cloud if you want near to real time visibility. This is very time taken activity which may hurt internal KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has benefited us with its ease of use for non-IT users. People often learn to trust and use the system within a half hour or so. Domo does an amazing job in the usability department for us. We can use Domo as a self-service platform with data warehousing, reporting, alerts and chats built right in to the core services. Domo continues to innovate based on the needs of its customers and continually releases new features, which is very important to our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Data sensitivity will be check again and every time you move data through builtin provided format. Further, this is very to manage it. We will look forward better solution for this.

I love this platform is very comprehensive, it is very easy to use, the reports it generates are very useful, since I can visualize what I want when I need it and also link them, share without problems. It is a very organized program and I like that it influences the daily tasks, creating diagrams of very efficient activities.
I get to communicate with my team, through a virtual channel, share opinions, contributions and what we have learned, as well as coordinate meetings and projects, now I have better communication, it's great. Its features and functions are unique, I had a lot of time that I did not work with such a complete and diverse program.

In general, I consider it a very good program, it helps in many aspects of the company, through its different characteristics, provides effective solutions and stores information in a very safe way. The only negative aspect I notice, is that I would like them to add more options to the board, it would be more useful.

I recommend Domo for its variety of to use, I generate a different perspective and perspective of things, I store information in a very safe way, with access to it, from any site, this has been very useful in meetings and attracting new clients. There is no other platform like this.
