Not the best tool, but not the worst.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use multiple data sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive to use. It does not offer any real analytics, just charts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for BI tool, found out that's not really what it does.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a true BI tool, this is not it. If you are looking for something to aggregate data from multiple sources and display it in chart like formats, this tool is for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull reports for my customers and create awesome graphs with information pulled from our own software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reports that I'd like to have created, but don't have the ability to create them on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing success and adoption metrics to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great software, easy to use and would highly recommend it.

Simple visualization of data that otherwise would be difficult to read and draw insights from

Some simpler features may have been overlooked for more advances updates, but they are being addressed

Domo is allowing us to store and combine various data sources to build insights for our products and all areas of our business. It is especially useful in helping us create automated benchmarks for our team, minimizing any previous manual work

What do you like best about the product?
Having only had Domo for a few months at this point, getting all of our data into a single place to start making evaluations and coming to agreements on definitions company-wide had been the biggest benefit. We can compare apples to apples and not apples to cows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality of cards that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving miscommunication across the company about metrics and what they mean.

Somewhat overwhelming - needs a guided tour.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to take data and visualize it in a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time the data manipulation prior to being able to properly work with the data takes up some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are currently to track our pipeline and MoM and YoY numbers. We realized that once we are able to work with the data and see the numbers, it is much easier to make decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability of the platform - it's easy to navigate dashboards and find answers to your own problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with visualizations - I'd like better descriptions of the graphs (maybe show their potential?) and more graphical options to choose from! Looking forward to the new product launches which may speak to this frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating performance across the company to all levels. Sharing data is much easier with Domo!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They really listen to your concerns and take those into serious consideration during product enhancements/deployments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean interface, responsiveness, flexibility. ability to develop at a high level (as a non technical user) or with more technical features to get more out of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to know all the ways to use the platform / the full flexibility of the platform. I wish there was more upfront available training or tutorials. Even tutorials targeted at users for topics that seem applicable to them based on their usage of the platform

Allowing people across the company to access data. Allowing users across the company to do their own analysis, without having to rely heavily on a centralized data team
