Effortless marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Mautic is open source, so it's free. It collects on its own database the features of a system similar to HubSpot. It’s also very flexible and it helps you to properly own the info, which is used by many small companies. There are many integrations and functions still on development.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be occasions where statements are very inaccurate, but you just have to learn how to use them and it will be all done. The web-based version of the service is as great, but you have to deal with a monthly subscription. Also, sometimes the focus elements have wrongly been put on Mautic content marketing, as it must be inserted via Javascript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mautic was introduced in my company as a way to bring us rapidly and effortlessly the marketing automation. We wanted more data on future customers monitoring, so with Mautic we got internet tracking, records tracking, mail and home pages fast. It is also used to set up inbound marketing facilities, such as technical files and manuals. It is a great solution for specialist in technology which do not want to spend thousands of dollars on other channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mautic is very appropriate for small businesses needing the full automation marketing kit at low cost. I might say Mautic works as a general marketing tool, keeping you certainly up-to-date to the basic application of messaging. Once you're used to it, Mautic is able to do anything you need. However, consider you may need help during the training and implementation process.

What do you like best about the product?
Mautic is an accessible source that, hosted by itself, has a powerful society behind it and releases relatively frequently updates. The Campaign Builder feature is trustworthy, quick and simple and it has many characteristics included. Mautic allows you to set menus that drop-down with Javascript, as well as switches and shapes. I'm truly happy with its easy and efficient layout, so if you have connections to the C-Panel, Mautic will keep you safe to mount and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is open source, the assistance is restricted to public forums. The fact that it's self-hosted implies a little more job, but price advantages are fantastic and your information should always be controlled better. Also, if you don't have a personnel designer, you'll have to install Mautic for yourself, which can be a complicated task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For 2 years I've used Mautic in my company to handle customer phone advertising activities and integrate advertising software on their pages. A promotional implementation strategy is crucial in today's setting and Mautic provides an outstanding product at an outstanding cost. It makes reporting simple and charging information is very easy as well. We also incorporate Mautic with our product showcase in order to catch and nurture prospective clients. In every manner, we really enjoy working with Mautic.

If you wish a simple internet tool for landing pages and e-mail automation, Mautic is for you. It makes really easy to sit and operate for teams and individuals.

The fact that Mautic is free and fully featured is an amazing selling point of this software. You can basically use it for all your needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is unstable. You need a team of IT/Dev people to make sure this runs properly because the documentation can skip a few steps honestly. Not only that, there's a bunch of issues that the dev/IT guy needs to checkout on Github to ensure it works properly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mautic has solved a lot of problems on the deliverability & operation costs side. With Mautic, you don't get trapped in price packages. You can maintain your own IP reputation, domain reputation and email deliverability as well as content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend anyone who's using Mautic to have either a support team available (PHP Developers definitely, anything beyond that is a massive plus) or be a capable Full Stack Developer as well to fully understand and optimize Mautic.

Your most inexpensive option, if you're a developer and a very patient person.
What do you like best about the product?
On a self-hosted platform, you have more control over how to structure data passing through to Mautic. Since it can be a self-hosted platform, it's the most inexpensive way to run email by far. If you have a good developer in your team to help you with set up from the backend and can help you troubleshoot, I would say this is a good platform to run if you are okay with running into annoying bugs. There's a great community that supports the cause too. Your true cost is just running the servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of bugs whenever they launch an updated version and a lot of bugs in general. I haven't been able to time my campaign sends appropriately - it goes off at varying times. There are a lot of little annoying bugs and workarounds that other ESPs have resolved years ago such as email throttling. You have to adjust the cron job and other levers before being able to throttle email - even then, you have to throttle your whole email program itself rather than just one campaign.

We're able to run email campaigns with Mautic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only if you have a great developer on your team or if you are one yourself. This platform is not for your average email marketer and they need to be very well-versed in.

What do you like best about the product?
The best system and has a decent interface for each component that works fairly well once you understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are simply no drawbacks to talk about this system.

This software makes marketing automation easy. From campaign scheduling to marketing asset tracking and management Mautic rocks. Extensive and highly flexible contact management is an additional Mautic benefit.

The best system for online marketing and I would highly recommend it to others.

Actually none. The only thing could be a little bit cumbersome and not sufficient online training courses.

Fortunately I can honestly say that there’s nothing about the entire package that I just like everything is how it should be

Not really solving problems with it but however it does help me to know what to put on display and what to recommend to my customers by being able to see what their interests are and what they purchase
Open-source drip campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Mautic is such a great tool for low-budget startups. Once you get past learning to set up a server and installing Mautic, you can begin setting up your campaigns. There are plenty of resources out there to learn how to use Mautic and how to install it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time switching between emails I want to be sent from the contact owner and broadcasted emails from a no-reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mautic saved me a ton of budget dollars. Similar programs cost over $1000/month if you have a high volume of contacts to send to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn basic server installation. There are some good guides out there for installing Mautic.
Mautic Makes for a Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Mautic provides a very robust marketing and marketing campaign solution. Web-based program offers a great combination of features and options - as good as you would find in much more expensive solutions. As long as you have technical expertise available the open source version gives you everything at virtually no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest obstacle to maximizing the open source solution is the need to have the appropriate resources available to install and set up the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than managing marketing campaigns willy-nilly Mautic has given us control and consistency from one campaign to the next.
