What do you like best about the product?
I like the step by step navigation feature. This increased user adoption at clients end. Insight helped in understanding end user roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer engagement/UX can be improved. Better UI by using modern design and icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End user on-boarding, digital adoption. reduction in spend on training and faster ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and every effective. worth a try.

What do you like best about the product?
'Doitforme' feature enabled Automation for our Users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Edcast but more language support can be incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring the digital adoption of our Globally Rollout Applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MyGuide team offers Pilot Program, I would recommend everyone to utilize the Pilot Program and understand the Out of the Box /custom feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I have done few training sessions with My Guide experts and I need to say it is very intuitive and easy to use.
I tried to create my own guide and it works perfectly. I am keen to use it in the next upcoming projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a matter of fact I believe there are many functionalities/options and sometimes it is not easy to find the "right" one for the purpose you are pursuing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to deliver some contents WW, hopefully this will reduce our costs and time together with delivering a modern way-of-learning to final users

What do you like best about the product?
We like Slideshow and video functionality most. Slideshow feature helps us to learn and perform activities step by step and video feature is the combination of all the steps. Also, it provides the Inline guide to play functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, we did not find anything major issue in functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the MyGuide app for providing the training to our employees for using our internal software. Its gr8 tool that created the various guides according to the training that our members are needed.

Whenever a new employee came to an organization they need to get the details for HR system, Internal system, payroll system. Now all these are easy one with help of MyGuide.

What do you like best about the product?
MyGuide helped us in on-boarding new users and increased product adoptions. MyGuide allowed us to easily create walkthroughs for our product without writing a single line of code, Now we know where our users struggle with the help of MyIntel, Overall MyGuide is a must-have tool for every company willing to drive their product adoption and improve the onboarding experience.

I will recommend this product to all SaaS companies, every SaaS application must have MyGuide
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike as such, but there are probably many new nice-to-haves I'd like to see in MyGuide such as some additional reporting capabilities and similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems like onboarding, Product adoption, In-App Training, New feature announcements, in-app surveys, we are also exploring MyGuide's automation capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-have tool if you are a SaaS company it reduces more than 90% of your training efforts.
If you are Enterprise and you apps like Salesforce or HCM or complex ERP systems you should use MyGuide as it increases employee productivity by providing them in-app contextual help.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the Image steps feature most. We created walkthroughs for our mobile application. We captured screenshots then highlighted our application section using guideme chrome extension paint tool. There paint tool is awesome and very user friendly. This product is very easy to use and does not require any training.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I don't have any major issues, because I just used its image step feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the inline step functionality most. It help us to perform activities step by step. I used the tours set by our admin and I was able to understand functionality very quickly. I would recommend this software for setting up on-boarding tours.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand user interface. I could set it up on my own and create walkthroughs of our product for our customers. I personally like language translation feature the most, it helps in gaining more customers globally. The development team is also very responsive. Whenever an issue has been brought to their notice, they have consistently endeavored to fix them promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about GuideMe that I dislike so far. They are constantly adding new features to the product thus making it more beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use GuideMe to help users learn how to use our product on their own through step by step walkthrough of the process. Thus, saving a lot of training time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend GuideMe for creating interactive training guides for your users.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best software for customer onboarding. We have started using guideme extension to create walkthrough of our software functionality to our customer. I like the language feature the most. We can explain the functionality to user in English and hindi. It removes the language barrier. In app steps are also very good. It improves user experience a lot. I would 100% recommend this product, because it is so simple to understand. I personally understand this product without training. This is the beauty of this product.

As of now, i did not find anything that is objectionable.

What do you like best about the product?
We are GuideMe partners and love the benefits the solution provides to customer success, sales, and retention teams. GuideMe is a great solution for explainer videos and tutorials that resonate with the audience and are simple to setup, scale, and deploy. The automated GuideMe setup is great, too.

Nothing at the moment. The software works as stated and is easy to use and functional.
