What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive but comprehensive. Dropdowns help with easy completion and uniformity

The robustness of the system and many features makes the learning curve a bit steep

What do you like best about the product?
I like the report writing format Which provide a very professional report. Our reports have been used in city and county courts to prosecute individuals involved in criminal activity. I also like the fact the system has so many purposes such as electronic ticketing.great
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the system allowed for more personalization as each agency is different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One business problem we solved is increasing the percent of citations being paid due to the organization of the program. We also do not have to pay employees to input data since it is automatically stored when a citation is issued.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access from anywhere and the system is easy enough for anyone to learn but very organized as well as professional. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at all that I dislike concerning Omnigo. I think it has improved. Love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omnigo provide a way for my team to write reports, issue permits, create reports, track training, record daily audits and reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Trust me the system is great and the support is outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the system so I can create a system that works for us and us alone. This makes the product very versitile and marketable. I also like the receptiveness of the developers to change and work with us to create something unique for our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problems that we typically see are system bugs and disruptions. These have been a constant problem for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Omnigo, all of our work was done on spread sheets and word documents which is often disorganized and impossible to search for information when needed. Now that we have Omnigo all of our information is stored in one place and can be searched for and referenced in a number of ways. Omnigo has definitely saved our organization time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for staff. Ability to customize to our needs. Reports to meet our needs. Tech support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling module doesn't fit our needs and is not customizable to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily update our client on incidents and reporting of stags.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact you are not nickeled and dimed price wise on the full rich feature set, as you get it all right out of the box with ReportExec.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in granting specific rights that we have learned to live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one package we get Incident Case management, Dispatch, and Clery reporting. A wise fiscal purchase to be sure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the overall value a integrated reporting and dispatch system can have for your organization and clearly ReportExec pulls far ahead of the competition.

What do you like best about the product?
The RMS platform is very user friendly, and the support staff are always quick to answer questions and help find solutions to problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel our system was setup properly in the beginning, and to get the full benefit from the system that needs to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vastness of the functionality built into the system, and numerous customizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest recommendation is to do the setup right from the beginning. Pay for the support if needed to do it right but do not only partially do it. Also understand your needs before saying that your setup is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
For a corporate setting it is a professional document we can send to our executive staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process. Having to go into the settings to enter every possible entry into a drop down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still trying to get everyone on the team to use the system to report all incidents.

Due to the amount of options, it can be difficult to comprehend how many different configurations are at your disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omnigo has enabled my agency to consolidate files and keep a long term record of files. Only one program is needed to document a plethora of information.
