What do you like best about the product?
I have been using eFax for almost 10 years now. It’s effective, efficient and reliable. It’s a bang for your buck. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes higher quality images or contents don’t go through and I have to semd as standard quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to send faxes from my phone and my computer. It’s fast and convenient.
Very efficient but missing features
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to scan and fax. They go though very quickly anywhere in the world. We have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a thumbnail screen that allowed you to mouse over a fax to preview the contents so you can easily find a fax you are waiting for or check any of them for urgency. It takes too many mouse clicks to send any fax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily check for faxes from any location and on my phone. The app is decent. Overall, it eliminates being tied to a machine in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to send and recieve faxes for a reasonable price. It is nice that you get email notifications about faxes and everything is in one place.

I don't dislike anything about EFax. It is a great service.

lets us fax things with ease as faxes arent as common now

It is an online service that is easy to use

I have 2 fax numbers and I would like a discount on the service

I no longer have to have an on-premises fax device. I do not have to worry about paper in the fax machine. I do not have to worry about using a phone line.
Who Still Faxes?
What do you like best about the product?
eFax makes faxing easy. It's as easy as checking your email. Customer support is responsive and easy to get a hold of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging into your account can sometimes be tricky due to multiple levels of 2FA needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to run phone lines through our new buildings and then configure printers to receive faxes. eFax keeps everything simple.
Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I dont have to login to get the faxes. They come straight to my email every time. So i never miss anything.

I honestly do not dis like anything about the services.

We have not had any issues so far and have been using EFax for a couple years now.
Easy to use

Easy to use and navigate. Attachments are in PDF file

They stopped emailing notices when we receive a new efax. Every now and then we have to clear our cookies and cache because we are having issues logging in and we were informed by Efax representative to clear the cookies and cache when we have issues logging in.

Extremely Easy Fax Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used a 'landline' fax for over 20 years. When we re-structured our phone system, we looked at getting rid of our fax line. However, we still have customers who prefer to fax their orders to us. Efax allowed us to continue to offer that option. The fact that the faxes come straight to a designated email makes is easy for us to reconcile and not miss any orders. It also reduces the costs of paper and ink and lessens the equipment wear and tear. We use efax on a daily basis and it has seamlessly integrated into our customer service and sales desks. We have been using efax for about 9 years now. We have never had any issues. I wish all programs worked so easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think that I would change is on the web page, it's often tricky to find the 'log in' section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to accept faxes of orders from customers. We are able to sustain the customers we have by not changing their typical order submission type and allowing faxing still, in a very emailable world.
