100% Reliable and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I can always rely on eFax online when it comes to my business. I fax to the IRS on a regular basis and usually while I have a agent live on the phone. Efax has always been so reliable and easy to use, with follow up emails that are sent to you. The website is easy to use and eFax online makes my job a whole lot easier. Customer support has always been wonderful since I have used eFax for over a year now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no downsides to eFax. If there are any, I can't find them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax assists me effectively send the IRS documents they are waiting for in that moment for verification purposes. Without them being able to receive the faxed documents, I would not be able to call on behalf of clients to assist them with their IRS issues. eFax also saves me money by using the online tool istead of a hard fax machine.

Been able to fax from our email, fast and easy to our clients.

Sometimes it doesnt go through and you have to resend it a few times.

E-fax is so Doctor friendly for healthcare. The relief of a HIPAA compliant fax option easy to use, improves patient care where communication is SO important, thank you E-Fax!

Convenient and Worthwhile Service with Select Caveats
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to securely send and receive faxes electronically from anywhere as opposed to only in-person on paper is, hands-down, the best aspect of eFax.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online web portal can, at-times, be buggy and requires us to manually log out and subsequently log back in to complete any actions after sitting idle. The biggest issue we had involved a couple of faxes being lost during the setup process with no avenue of recovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that eFax has helped us solve is the digitization of fax messages and avoiding the need to be in-person to receive such messages.

Would be helpful if documents could be received and readily converted into PDF for better integrity and useage.

What do you like best about the product?
E-fax is an easy way to incorporate the ability to fax and receive documents without the hassle of a fax machine in your office. It also enables you to receive your faxes on your smart phone while you are on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending a fax is a bit of an arduous process and after a recent update, my faxes were not being sent despite receiving notifications that they were. We did not realize this for a few weeks but after an hour working with customer service the problem was resolved. Really wish we would have been made aware of the known issue via email or phone call so we could have fixed the problem before weeks of missed sent and received faxes.

They solved my recent issue of faxes not going out after they had done a program update.
Convenient Alternative to Traditional Faxing
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up is so easy. You just make an account and a fax number number is assigned to you. The interface is user-friendly and everything is laid out for you. You upload the documents you want to send, fill in information about your recipient and voila, your fax is sent. I also appreciate the variety of subscription plans offered and the ability to cancel at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are faxing large documents, you will be charged an additional amount that isn't disclosed on the subscription pages, but somewhere in the terms and conditions. This can make faxing with eFax more expensive than other services. Additionally, there is no feature to show you that a fax is pending, only a temporary pop-up that tells you it was sent. This can be a nuisance if you're sending multiple faxes or those with large documents and want an email confirmation or somewhere on the homepage showing you the status of your faxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send fax documents that need to be HIPAA compliant because they contain PHI. There is no other way to efficiently send over 200+ pages worth of content so I appreciate the ease of just doing online faxing.
Efax does the job right
What do you like best about the product?
No matter where I am, be it the office or at home, I can check all my faxes, and send a new fax to any of our offices. Integration of our fax lines and customer fax lines was easy and simple. Our employees use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a fax doesn't send, or there is an error on the line, there is no easy way to resend the same fax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lost our main fax line from our phone company, so efax was our answer. It is actually great! Faxes being emailed to us as PDFs has simplified the receiving and distirbution of faxes to our home office employees.
