Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love eFax because my clients can send me a fax their normal way and I get all my faxes in PDF in my email so I don't need a landline to receive faxes any longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would have to say is knowing when additional charges will be done. I think if you are close to your limit of the subscription you have then maybe a reminder email goes out to say you are at this currently or send an email with the additional charges. One month I had multiple charges on my statement and I didn't know why and I sent an email which they responded quickly to and let me know that I went over one month. Being a bookkeeper I like to know what is coming out of my account.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the quick access to my services and the ability to contact someone in case I need immediate support. I have utilize this service for at least two years and I'm very pleased with the service

Great E-Fax Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to receive faxes. We use this service everyday. Implementation was convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could streamline sending faxes. Customer service sometimes takes too long to respond.

It provides convenience when receiving faxes and ensures our sensitive documents are received in a protected manner.
Solid platform, handles all fax needs we have for a Global Enterprise - billing lacking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, console is complete and handles all of our needs. Porting of numbers was not difficult and had no issues. The implementation was an easy one and was complete in a few weeks. We use print to fax which allows us to integration most any system for outbound fax.
What do you dislike about the product?
They would not adjust payment terms and our AP has a hard time with their payment timeline requirements. SEVERAL times their service was shut down for late payment. They require pay on demand and we do not pay with a Corporate credit card. Our AP processes and auditing just take too long.

Zoom Phone does not support fax.

That I can review my faxes from anywhere

The app is out-dated. You can't forward the faxes easly.

Consuming the papers. You don't have to be at the office to receive faxes.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality, safety, hippa complaint and you are able to do everything like email.

I wish it could be cheaper, sometime client dont know how much they are consuming. So something should be there to calculate and communicate costs

If solved the issue of faxing and reciving faxing with 5mins.... just a shot time of signing up our faxing issues was resolved

They offer great service at an affordable rate. Something wasn't working for me and I was able to get on a call with the team and come to a quick resolution.

There is no downside as long as you are open with your account rep.

Not needing to worry about pivoting to remote work.
