Unlike some of the newer, developer-focused CDPs such as Segment, which are designed to be 'plug-and-play,' or marketer-oriented platforms like BlueConic that offer 'drag-and-drop' functionality, Tealium typically demands the involvement of a dedicated technical expert or a specialized agency for both setup and ongoing maintenance.

A great platform, I love how easy it is to navigate the platform. Your customer service is also very active. I could remember once I had an issue on the site. I reached out and got swift response and the issue was resolved
What do you dislike about the product?
None I would say for now. As long as I'm getting the value for which I'm onboarded then everything else feels good to me on the platform, as so far so good it's like that.

This is incredibly valuable since we use various tools, and having a system that connects seamlessly to our CRM and website simplifies everything. It's a relief to have all this data cohesively unified, as it streamlines our processes significantly. I also appreciate the flexibility and real-time capabilities of Tealium, which are essential for delivering timely and relevant marketing communications such as onboarding flows, ads, and emails. Moreover, Tealium's ability to sync real-time user data to marketing tools and send enriched data to Google helps us create more relevant ads and personalize our marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it takes time to get comfortable with all the features, which can be challenging for new users. The initial setup of Tealium Customer Data Hub was also not easy and took up more of our time than anticipated. Additionally, a more friendly pricing model would be beneficial, as the current pricing feels a bit high.
