Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and figure things out. Also great for sending Audiences to other places
What do you dislike about the product?
Governance could be a bit better - limiting people and audit trails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping audiences across one tool and sending to many (single source of truth). Still in build phase so benefits still to come

a very steep learning curve but rewarding

the ability to customize your setup to perfectly reflect your business through data unification as well as distributing data to most vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
the necessity to have advanced level of coding experience. 85% of your use cases will have to go through custom javascript. you may also look back to google tag manager and see greater simplicity overthere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the learning curve was so steep we did not turned on profits. overall, if it was not for the other tealium products, we would have gone faster through gtm
Recommendations to others considering the product:
plan your deployment, do not rush into production. define use cases, find low hanging fruit. keep it simple.
Great vendor agnostic support
What do you like best about the product?
There's plenty of well written support articles that clearly explain concepts of every facet within tealiumiq. Whenever I need help these act as a great resource, and if I'm ever within doubt the support team at Tealium are always on hand to resolve our tracking problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had troubles in the past with multiple users adding extensions that are conflicting with one another however these have been addressed both with recent updates to iQ and by speaking to support staff who have made recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to dramatically clean up our data quality by using extensions and ensuring data between vendors in much more in line

What do you like best about the product?
Creating audiences easily and using them across different solutions and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to find what is where is a bit hard sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using webhook let us to connect to our CRM system and also Adwords connection is a very useful use case for us.
great to optimize a big amount of tags putting order and cleaness in the configuration

i like the chance to setup libraries in order to optimize different tags into one unique version

the fact that you cannot test in preview and you cannot use workspaces, but i just learnt today that both should be released very soon :)

Smooth Onboard - Boundless Potential
What do you like best about the product?
We recently onboarded as a customer and have enjoyed a professionaland well informed engagement to date. Designand Planning meetings were well attended by appropriately skilled staff and our use cases were analysed and turned around promptly.
We have only just scratched the surface the product but even within a matter of weeks we have surfaced not only valuable customer insight but also identified key areas where our own data layer would benefit from enhancement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Long termtag/event management and concurrent usage is clearly not yet fit for purpose but these are both areas enjoying strong investment from Tealium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-brand customer engagement is an area we have historically been poor at. We hope to share customers more routinely across our portfolio and take the customer on meaningful travel across those brands for life!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Resource the platform correctly. It's powerful but high touch.
Having a 360 consumer is great stitching not so much
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create attributes using an intense logic with tally's etc helps us to utilize the full potential of our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having no ability to remove a stitch causes issues for us in the GDPR field, we would like to be able to make logic when to stitch and when not to stitch but also to remove only portions of the data in stitched profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CDP is an integral part of our data pipeline, in acts like an ESB.

Clear UI, all the features you would expect and well integrated with most other tools we use.

Integration with Appnexus is not finished yet. This is essential for us.
