It Works
What do you like best about the product?
TIQ has made our teams' lives much easier in the sense of tag management. The ability to configure, control, and roll out all in one interface is a key time saving factor. It's flexibility is a plus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way we initially implemented the tool, seemed to have quite a bit of repetitive tasks involved. Later on realizing that didn't need to happen wasn't cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tag management, data transformation
Best Tag Manager out there
What do you like best about the product?
plug and play with a lot of tools and tags. Easily manageable from a single UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't "Open link in new tab" which is kind of annoying. If i want to review 2 tags, I basically have to take a screenshot and look at them side by side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling marketing tag implementation across multiple brands and regions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a unified portal to manager all your tags agnostically, TIQ is the way to go.
TAS - Unlocking Potential
What do you like best about the product?
- easy/intuitive interface
- audience discovery tool is insightful
- omnichannel is a fantastic feature (stitching offline and online data)
- built in connectors makes sending audiences to other vendors pretty simple

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would be helpful when building out audience rules would be the ability to use RegEx. It would also be helpful to be able to use nested logic to cut down on the "length" of a rule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to enter people into and out of audiences and ET journey with relative ease; each month we see that our work in TiQ and TAS is impacting results in a positive way.
Tealium IQ is transforming our digital experience
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium IQ Management is easy to implement and does not replace our Google Analytics deployment, but instead helps us manage across multiple data sources to build audience and take action on that data. I'd recommend this product to any business that is trying to solve the personalization challenge many of us face.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult for our executives to understand the differences of the various tagging systems and the different roles they play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stitching many data sources together in order to learn as much as we can about our customers and provide them the tailored content they want.
Versatile Magic Hat
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium IQ Management has worked like a magic hat for our company. In a world where vendors change every couple of years it becomes very expensive and time consuming to go and update the code for every new vendor. Tealium IQ has helped us standardize our analytic intake as well as increase speed to market for new features and onboarding new platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tealium still loads as a javascript that adds delays and additional network requests. Would be great to be able to easily setup tealium scripts to load from our domain directly. Even better if we could load it via our CDN solutions directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our tag management solution as well as being able to quickly add thrid party vendors to our website or even quick fixes like simple redirects or js patches
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
We use TiQ to manage tags for our global, multi-brand, multi-agency company. The product itself is great but the real differentiator with Tealium is the community and support - they're one of the most responsive vendors I've worked with and consistently listen to/act upon my feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with TiQ not having prebuilt integrations with some of the smaller vendors we use - the upside is they often release new integrations and have been proactive in working with us to build out custom templates as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global data layer alignment, ability to quickly onboard/offboard vendors, power reliable global analytics tool.

great product to try out
AudienceStream is the capability the industry has wanted for years
What do you like best about the product?
The most powerful aspect of the AudienceStream product is its ability to bridge the gap between client side and server side. The biggest frustration with the tag management category has been its restriction in operating in the client side space, and AudienceStream allows our clients to unlock powerful new use cases, including bespoke integrations with their own internal platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things I would love to see in the AudienceStream product are the ability to better categorise badges beyond the current flat structure, and the ability to visualise the distribution rules to allow more finely honed control of audience rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AudienceStream's most powerful application for our clients revolve around its profile enrichment, allowing offline attributes to be brought back into the browser and be used to power a new level of personalisation. In addition, the ability to centralise data distribution beyond client side technologies has elevated that platform to more than just marketing stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Important to consider from an architectural perspective where it fits in your stack.
TIQ is very intuitive and effective tag and data management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium IQ's interface is very intuitive and the pre-build tag implementation enables none technical marketer to deploy tags effectively without significant IT overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some load time overhead that impacts the overall load time. Even though most of this is due to the third party pixels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use TIQ to manage all of our tags and track data across all of our software platforms.
Streamlined Tag Management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customizability. If the out-of-the-box tag and/or extension doesn't fit what we need it's easy to customize it to fit our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tell what is the most current tag in the tag marketplace and it'd be nice if we were notified when newer tag template versions are made available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection and tag management. It's easy to QA/DEV new features on the actual website without effecting the production facing site.
