One of the best DLP solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface with very simple steps to integrate with Slack. The support/integration team is great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a feature to scan private channels on Slack for DLP without rejecting or quarantining the message instead, create an alert to the admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Loss Prevention for Slack channels.

Nightfall supports core security values
What do you like best about the product?
With Nightfall, we can get answers to our questions like, what’s the business context for sharing this data, what users are involved, who are they sending it to, and where are they receiving it from?
What do you dislike about the product?
If we didn’t have the proper security protocols in place such as Nightfall DLP, we wouldn’t have some of the customers that we have today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t found another company that does data classification, and protection for Slack like Nightfall does. Many vendors don’t even have Slack on their roadmap. That says a lot about Nightfall’s vision and where they’re headed.
Best tool for Cloud DLP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, UI friendly, straightforward settings, and good integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I couldn't tell any thing that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sensitive/Secrets sharing within the SaaS collaboration platforms that the company uses. We are able to detect, mitigate and educate the user at the same time.
Nightfall is an easy to use and clear DLP tool
What do you like best about the product?
Nightfall can aggregate all our required services into one dashboard for DLP
What do you dislike about the product?
Nightfall could always use more "put of the box" DLP rules. Rules tailored for various sources would be nice to hit the ground running even faster.

Nightfall solves our need to provide DLP across many SaaS based business applications without having to manage incomplete and poor native DLP solutions for each application

Nightfall is a fantastic solution for healthcare companies
What do you like best about the product?
Nightfall allows us to use Slack to share PHI in private channels. We don't have to think about scanning for PHI constantly and it's increased our efficiency by 10X at least!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, the product is great and the team is truly supportive!

Able to streamline our workflows by using Slack to communicate about patients.

What do you like best about the product?
Service-oriented, easy to use, I have total control. Nightfall came highly recommended from colleagues and my use provider (Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
3 channel solution (on Slack) can create a dangerous level of potential apathy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a HIPAA-compliant DLP provider to make Slack scalable for our business. We are now able to see any questionable transactions and stop any misdeeds in their tracks
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
It works as intended. lots of security products require a long onboarding phase. They also produce new features like crazy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a slight issue with some of our repos being too large. it would be nice to not have this problem but thats a 2 way street.

Finding PII and secrets in some of our other services.
