Stability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

How are customer service and support?
Getting the right set of people in Africa for technical support becomes a bit challenging, but their knowledge base is fantastic. There are write-ups in the solution's knowledge base, making it easy. When using people, the deployment takes time. I rate the technical support a six out of ten.
How was the initial setup?
On a scale of one to ten, where one is low and ten is high, I rate the setup phase a five since we are in Africa and we are the sole providers of the solution in Africa. It is important to note that I am speaking about external deployments.
The solution is deployed on the cloud.
Around five people were required for the deployment.
The deployment took around 20 odd days to be completed.

I rate the pricing a five on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.

Studio Creatio is a fantastic product. It's the best product I have used to date.

Flexibility for unique business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Creatio allows you to customize from top to bottom using low-code tools. Changes can be made with little to no programming knowledge saving both time and money. Creatio also has some great partners for more complex implementations and their support/customer success teams are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many online reference materials are either outdated or difficult to understand for those with limited programming experience. It would be helpful to revisit these documents and include sample videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio supports our Sales Team through their sales cycle. Many of the processes which were previously manual operations have now been automated, giving back time to focus on driving additional sales.

You can easily provide the module you want due to its user-friendliness and low code logic.

test and go live environment is very difficult. You can't do without your developer team

The multi-package structure is nice, you can do most things waiting in crm, you can go through it with code, it's nice

I don't like business processes, a bit confused people may have trouble understanding, sometimes their bugs are very different, they work on support for money.

we had to keep the multi-currency structure separate for a client recently, thanks to the low-code platform we did exactly what our client wanted and that's great

I liked that color coding the stages was possible but only with the help of an outside consultant. This was not something I could spend time learning how to do.

entering in contact information was not simple or quick. There was a lag in time for the system to process it and the forms and fields were not straightforward.

It could act as a database for information but the amount of manual input required felt like I could have just used excel to capture the information. It could sort information and leads ok.

We were looking to better organize our sales team operations, and Creatio has proved to be a great solution to address this issue. With Creatio, we have our customer data consolidated in one place and can access it quickly from any device. Our reps easily schedule visits and manage tasks. The system helps us track team performance and turn data into actionable insights boosting results.
Complete solution for CRM and process automation
What do you like best about the product?
For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. A translation of the user interface into German is available, but incomplete, so that additional work had to be done here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project.
A global platform that really deserves to be known!
What do you like best about the product?
Creatio's low-code/no-code capabilities make it possible to gain autonomy and efficiency, projects that used to take months are now completed in weeks or even days.
The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a low-code platform, Creatio offers great freedom to users. Low-code means great opportunities and acceleration for creating new features and applications, but it doesn't mean that you can create anything in a snap, and this can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio has become a core component of our business. In my particular case, I manage almost all of our direct marketing activities via the Creatio platform. The ease of use as well as the overall capabilities are really appreciated.

Creatio is very flexible and therefore easily accommodates to varying needs of various companies and departments. In addition, the system provides robust reporting and productivity tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of the system capabilities I use daily, Creatio works perfectly well. Of course, sometimes , like with any software, we experience issues. But they get resolved pretty quickly.
