What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Creatio Sales CRM for over a year, and it has significantly improved how we manage leads, opportunities, and our entire sales pipeline. What really stands out is the platform’s low-code customization—we’ve been able to tailor processes to fit our unique workflow without spending a lot of time.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, making onboarding for new team members quick and easy. Our team especially appreciate the built-in AI-driven tools for lead scoring and forecasting, which have made our sales efforts more targeted and efficient.

Another huge plus is how seamlessly Creatio integrates with other systems we use, including marketing automation and customer service platforms. The unified data view helps our teams work smarter and collaborate more effectively across departments.

Overall, Creatio Sales CRM has been a game-changer for our organization. It’s fast, flexible, and powerful—ideal for any business looking to accelerate sales performance while maintaining adaptability.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience, Creatio has been a game-changer when it comes to quickly adapting and refining user experiences without needing to write code. What really stood out to me was how easy it was to release updates and deliver value fast, all at a relatively low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there’s a great opportunity for Creatio to enhance its already strong offering with a few additional UI elements. Features like radio buttons with pre-selected default options or toggles with customizable labels would take the platform’s flexibility to the next level and make it even easier to build polished, user-friendly experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio has enabled the consolidation of a wide range of manual spreadsheets and disconnected reports into a single, unified system, providing a live and transparent view of leads and the overall health of account bases across more than 857 depots.
