What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is a great platform to handle Marketing, Sales, and Service. What I like the most about it is how easy it is to personalize dashboards and processes ourselves within seconds or minutes without depending on IT to help us move forward. We have also integreated it with other apps to make it easier for clients to reach us and it's been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realy don't have anything to report here.

What do you like best about the product?
Having implemented Sales Creatio as our go-to CRM solution, the level of integration and functionality it provides, especially with the BAS connectors, has truly transformed our sales process. The intuitiveness of the platform paired with these connectors allows for a seamless transition of data and processes, catering specifically to our business-as-usual needs and the unique demands of the automotive sector.

The Smarttender Connector, in particular, has been a game-changer for us. It integrates flawlessly with Sales Creatio, ensuring we stay ahead in tender management and tracking. This connector has saved us countless hours by automating what used to be manual entries and by providing real-time updates on tender statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Creatio Marketplace has some great apps available for use, but overall, the selection is limiting. We were lucky to find exactly what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Sales Creatio and its connectors offer a robust, end-to-end CRM ecosystem that works in harmony to deliver results. It's not just about managing relationships, it's about enhancing them through smart technology and integrations that understand the rhythm of your business. Highly recommended for any organization looking to elevate their CRM capabilities and streamline their sales operations.

- Possibility of a large number of modifications without using code

- some buttons, as on dashborads are in an unintuitive place
- the size of some buttons is impossible to modify

Creatio addresses any type of problem both technical problems and those arising from not knowing all the functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio provides all the tools we need in a CRM system. Implementation is a breeze with their no code platform which is easy to use and allows for quick updates.
The level of customer service is truly one every company should strive towards. The team is knowledgeable and willing to listen to suggestions on how to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that requires immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is allowing our service teams a centralized "one stop shop" that allows for more timely and consistent forms of service. Creatio is also a great management tool that offers beneficial reporting that enables us to provide the best services to our employees as well as our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and ease with which my team can implement solutions to our organizations toughest problems is unparalleled! It has become an integral part of our business operations and streamlined many processes across our organization, bringing all of our users together into one platform as the source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
One obstance that we have had to overcome is the focus on support for product-based businesses within the sales packages. As a service business we had to build a number of our own tools out to accomplish our ideal Sales pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio allows us to bring processes and information from all across our organization into one platform. This gives us the opportunity to standardize and automate more rapidly than ever before. It also helps us to keep our teams connected and provide better data visualization for our management. For a modern tech focused business - the landscape is everchanging and you need to be able to adapt rapidly, Creatio is a tool that lets us accomplish that.

Creatio strikes a balance between power and usability, a combination that is hard to come by in today's saturated CRM market.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion there are roadblocks. During these times, Creatio's support team has demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist, ensuring minimal downtimes and efficient problem resolution.

In the world of system analysis, integration is king. Creatio's API capabilities and out-of-the-box integrations have saved countless hours and reduced the intricacies typically involved in getting systems to communicate effectively.

Extremely flexible CRM with quick implementation

What do you like best about the product?
I've been involved in many CRM evaluations and implementations over the years and Creatio is the first I've encountered that offered a reasonable time-to-value proposition (quick implementation) and the ability to iterate rapidly as business needs shift or new use cases are discovered. The platform can be easily customized to the needs of most any industry, and adapting it to your own business can be done in weeks. Where heavy customization in most major CRMs brings a huge technical debt for ongoing support, Creatio's low code approach makes it easy to tailor the system to a customer's needs without this massive overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud customers do not (currently) have access to any sort of infrastructure or performance monitoring. While this is not abnormal for hosted applications, it would be helpful to have direct visibility when users report slowness. This is somewhat mitigated by a very responsive customer service team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio has made our sales team more efficient by alleviating their need to self-report their outreach attempts and has given leadership more direct visibility to drive best practices and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize processes and automation to match our business needs. Great support to improve our processes.We've found Sales Creatio to be an excellent solution for our sales operations. It expertly guides our sales reps through the next optimal steps, dramatically reducing the occurrence of errors.

There could be minor improvements to the aesthetics of how client interactions are viewed.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio gives us the freedom to truly drive our business and guide our users in the same direction without our users feeling a "big brother" presence. The Creatio team is constantly driving themselves as well to produce a product that is stimulating to the end user as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to deploy some updates in a package is a bit tedious at times, but that comes with the size of our business and we realize it is a necessary evil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is enabling our business to give more time back to our sales pros by giving them more detailed engagement in areas such as lead engagement, automated opportunities, and even specific segments of their customers that need attention based on data we determine in our BI tool which integrates with Creatio.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in the service sector and Creatio has been instrumental in addressing our challenges. Not only do they provide technologies, but also they make sure that we as business benefit from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the hang of all Creatio's tricks took some time. But once we got the essence, it was worth the hustle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our corporate customer satisfaction soared with Creatio. It’s now easy to manage all our interactions, see each touchpoint with every customer, forecast sales, budget our operational spending, and adjust strategy in response to the market needs.
