What do you like best about the product?
The off the shelf functionality is excellent and the opportunity for future development is very exciting.

That there is no excuse not to implement CRM ideas anymore

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked on many projects and with various tools throughout my extensive career, and I would like to say that Creatio's CRM bundle has impressed me the most. The intuitive design of the dashboard and overall layout is very user-friendly. Because of this, my ramp-up time has reduced and a user get started with the day that much sooner. And with so many projects on the go at times, having the ability to easily tweak functionalities to cater project-specific requirements is also great and should not be underestimated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for smaller projects/teams might be a point of contention. However, given the ROI, the efficiencies the bundle offers is unbeatable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project management capabilities, task automation and data transparency across all teams working on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
We started our journey with Creatio 5 years ago. At the start, we used Creatio as a customer base and we gradually added and automated workflows, testing them, making adjustments on the way to design the processes that would meet the needs of the prospects and customers and also the employees. Now, having to no longer paperpush is great! The easiness and intuitiveness with which we could do all that was what I enjoyed the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, there was a learning curve, but one exists for any product or software. That being said, we were able to get over that hump pretty quickly with the materials available to us in the knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the vast amount of data and multiple, disparate systems, it was difficult to keep track of prospect funnel progress, invoices, payments, for example. We needed automation and coordination of systems and Creatio delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is a great platform to handle Marketing, Sales, and Service. What I like the most about it is how easy it is to personalize dashboards and processes ourselves within seconds or minutes without depending on IT to help us move forward. We have also integreated it with other apps to make it easier for clients to reach us and it's been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realy don't have anything to report here.

What is our primary use case?

I use Studio Creatio in my company as a low-code and no-code platform since it offers customer relationship management software. I am a back-end user of the tool and not a front-end user.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is a low-code and no-code platform. The features of the solution are easy to use, and anyone can use it more or less.

What needs improvement?

Studio Creatio is a new product in the market, making its lack of maturity an area of concern. From an improvement perspective, the tool requires focusing on achieving a state of maturity.

In future releases of the product, it should be made more intuitive.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Studio Creatio for a year. My company has a partnership with Studio Creatio.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Stability-wise, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scaling up the solution is easy as long as you are not doing many customizations.

I use the solution on a weekly basis.

How are customer service and support?

The solution's technical support was very useful for me, and they were also very quick to respond and resolve my issues. I rate the technical support a nine out of ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have experience with other solutions in the market. My company basically moved from a legacy product to a SaaS solution, which is Studio Creatio.

How was the initial setup?

The product's initial setup phase was easier compared to Siemens but difficult compared to Salesforce.

The solution is deployed on the cloud as it is a SaaS application.

What was our ROI?

Studio Creatio is good at providing high performance and saving time and money.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I would describe Studio Creatio as an averagely-priced product. I rate the product price a five or six on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Against Studio Creatio, I evaluated options like Siemens and Salesforce. I choose Studio Creatio over other options since my current work requires me to use it.

What other advice do I have?

My company's team is very happy with Studio Creatio.

I rate the overall product a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Having implemented Sales Creatio as our go-to CRM solution, the level of integration and functionality it provides, especially with the BAS connectors, has truly transformed our sales process. The intuitiveness of the platform paired with these connectors allows for a seamless transition of data and processes, catering specifically to our business-as-usual needs and the unique demands of the automotive sector.

The Smarttender Connector, in particular, has been a game-changer for us. It integrates flawlessly with Sales Creatio, ensuring we stay ahead in tender management and tracking. This connector has saved us countless hours by automating what used to be manual entries and by providing real-time updates on tender statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Creatio Marketplace has some great apps available for use, but overall, the selection is limiting. We were lucky to find exactly what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Sales Creatio and its connectors offer a robust, end-to-end CRM ecosystem that works in harmony to deliver results. - the size of some buttons is impossible to modify

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio provides all the tools we need in a CRM system. Implementation is a breeze with their no code platform which is easy to use and allows for quick updates.
The level of customer service is truly one every company should strive towards. The team is knowledgeable and willing to listen to suggestions on how to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that requires immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is allowing our service teams a centralized "one stop shop" that allows for more timely and consistent forms of service. Creatio is also a great management tool that offers beneficial reporting that enables us to provide the best services to our employees as well as our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and ease with which my team can implement solutions to our organizations toughest problems is unparalleled! It has become an integral part of our business operations and streamlined many processes across our organization, bringing all of our users together into one platform as the source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
One obstance that we have had to overcome is the focus on support for product-based businesses within the sales packages. As a service business we had to build a number of our own tools out to accomplish our ideal Sales pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio allows us to bring processes and information from all across our organization into one platform. This gives us the opportunity to standardize and automate more rapidly than ever before. It also helps us to keep our teams connected and provide better data visualization for our management. For a modern tech focused business - the landscape is everchanging and you need to be able to adapt rapidly, Creatio is a tool that lets us accomplish that.
