Simplifying things, keeping expenses in check, and making it user friendly.

Nothing that comes to my mind, they are really good at everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help manage and digitise ESOPs. It makes much easier for employees to grasp the value of their shares and potential growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is employee friendly & the onboarding process was simple and smooth. Vega Equity team is Fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issue yet. Even they offer customization in colors and company's brand theme.

No, downside so far very cost effective. Great customer support, very knowledgeable team.

Track key metrics like ESOP pool, vested & unvested options, vesting schedule, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity has improved our employee engagement. They have helped us in managing our ESOPs digitally. The user interface is easy to understand, and it has improved our employee experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Their customer support team is always there to help us if we get stuck somewhere.

This platform is very easy to sync with our HRMS system. It helps us in managing departed employees with ease, and the allocation of equity and ESOPs has been made easy.

Nicely Managing and recording ESOP grants of employees
What do you like best about the product?
Employee is able to see full view of grants on login. The admin access helps a lot in tracking the timelines for various events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There must be more notifications related to regulatory point of view on grants of ESOP's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vega Equity is the coolest platform we are using in our esop management working. The greatest challenge for every HR is to get employee data integerated without any chaos. But yes i would say vega equity really helped in getting all employee data integerate quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity has been extremely simple to setup and use. Customer service is best in class. It helped us enhance employee experience with personalized dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having more detailed tutorials about the platform would be very helpful.

Maintaining the spreadsheet used to take a lot of time, resulting in a lot of manual work but now with vega equity platform we can do all our manual work with just a few clicks.

Vega Equity simplified the whole process, and now we can get ESOPs to our employees in just a matter of minutes, Best part is employees with equity have their own account to keep track of their equity portfolio.

We had no problem with this product and have received great customer support when needed, Ease of Integration.

Equity and options management, ease of implementation, clear and real-time view of their employee options.
Best Equity Management Platform for Managing your ESOPs
What do you like best about the product?
Vega Equity has made our employee compensation structure easy. It has clear dashboards, and the UI design is very easy to understand. Their customer support team is very supportive and fast; all our queries and issues are resolved in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing for someone who has no idea about ESOP or with no knowledge about finance, but it was easily solved with a few sessions from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables all stakeholders to get all the information from the same place. You can view/change/edit/manage/delete everything related to ESOP Management right from granting to allotment of shares to managing the ESOP Pool. Very transparent, and seamless.
Great Data Migration with Vega Equity
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this platform. As HR its really challenging to adapt to a new tool and make employees adapt into same. But Vega Equity really helped and made easy in our company employee data migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many steps to follow to get onto one function. If there can we less of same it would be great.
